I had first contact with Ben when he responded to an internet inquiry. Later the same day, I stopped in without prior arrangement. He was casual, calm and truly pleasant to meet and have a conversation. I had selected a vehicle to consider buying. Of course, we compared a multitude of numbers. I left without a commitment to complete a transaction. The following day, we (spouse and I) arranged for a view and test drive. The plethora of features and technology characteristics were thoroughly explained. Not once during the hours over two (2) days, was there any pressure to hurry to a decision (to purchase or not) in order to get us to a table or out the door. Ultimately, we settled on a fair and reasonable price. The sales paperwork short and accurate. (Some had been completed on-line which streamlined the process.) Jose in finance was extremely nice and professional as we plowed through the tremendous volume of financial and legal documentation. Never before have I experienced an automobile purchase such as this. The entire time invested was relaxed and without a breath of pressure. Thank you Ben and Jose!
