She handled all my questions with… respect and had a low-key approach to the whole process, with no pressure and no hassles. She was very friendly and welcoming without any sales pressure tactics. She was on… top of her game and kept looking for the specific trim I wanted for a few months. It was very hard to come by and she contacted me right away as soon as she found one in the inventory. My wife also had a very pleasant experience with Vila L. when we went for test drives in the Veloster. We went to Doug's Hyundai of Lynnwood and was very excited about the great experience I had... NOBODY was pushy, but made sure to waste… nobody's time get me the car ive been wanted. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, one in particular, Larry P. He answered any questions I had, and got me the car I wanted 2 days later.. He has EXCELLENT customer service, and even stayed late & came in on his day off to make sure we were getting tossed around to each sales person!!! I HIGHLY RECOMENT DOUGS OF HYUNDAI, AND ASK FOR LARRY!!!!!Great Customer Service and Great People

Great vehicle purchase experience

Sales person, Kami Alexander, was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, found a vehicle that met our specifications, and let us set the pace and direction of… the discussion that lead to a sale. There was no pressure - it was more like a conversation with both parties exchanging information and asking questions. We got a good deal with the new vehicle and our trade-in. As with any such negotation, it is important to do the research beforehand to know the true market value of the trade-in, to know what incentives are available for the new vehicles, test drive different makes, and to know what your bottom line is.They forge signatures here @ Doug's Hyundai

For an extended warranty contract and who knows what else, when I complained not even an apology received, we asked for the Corporate Office to call us with an explanation and it has been… over a month and no one has contacted us. We trusted this people, we bought 2 cars from them, we send them referrals because it was "the best purchase experience with no hassle" (thanks God they did not buy) yeah, no hassle but full of felonies. Even in my case, the Finance guy told me that it was a condition from Hyundai Financing to finance my second car, that I had to sign one of those extended warranty contracts and I did it trusting them. Then when I was reading the documentation it is very explicit that the warranties are not sold as conditions to obtain financing. Now we are going to file the complaint with the WA Attorney General's office and also we are going to file a Police Report, we do not know if my wife's identity is being used somewhere else for who knows what. One more time, stay away and keep your ID safe!!!!!!!!!!!Used Car

After a no-drama negotiation we were out of there in less than 2 hours in our new Tucson (and we had a trade). They did not waste our time,… gave us a good deal, and even managed to make it a somewhat fun experience (we hate car buying). I'm sure everyone's experience is different, but for us it really could not have been better.Greatest Buying Experience Ever

Apparently the above combo is extremely rare in this part of the country and it took a quite a bit of hunting and work for Vila to find one for me but she did! In the… meanwhile while I traded in my old car Vila got me a fantastic loaner car, so I got an early start on my Hyundai experience. She was a fantastic and fun to work with sales person. I was also pleasantly surprised how fast and easy the rest of the purchasing/loan process was. Overall great experience, I would highly recommend Vila at Doug's Hyundai. Not only with the car, but also with the wonderful customer service I got at Doug's Hyundai in Lynnwood. My salesman, Farid, was absolutely fantastic. I simply… cannot recommend him enough! My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday to check out the various Hyundai models available. Farid was fun and helpful as we poked around all the different cars. We ended up taking two test drives with him that day, and really appreciated the fact that he was knowledgeable, honest, and down-to-earth. Unlike the other salesmen at other dealerships, he wasn't shoving a sales pitch down our throats and pressuring us to buy. When I told him I wasn't ready to make a decision that day, he said no problem. I felt like he wanted me to get the right car at the right price -- I wasn't just a potential sale but a real person. I shopped around looking at other cars and other dealerships, and then I came back to Doug's to buy. Why? Because of their no-pressure attitude and their ability to give me a GREAT deal. Farid was attentive to my concerns and worked hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. In fact, everyone I met there (Q at the manager's desk and Troy in financing) was easy to work with and put me at ease. I'm slow at making decisions and ask a TON of questions, and everyone I talked to was helpful and honest. These people have a great attitude and were a joy to do business with.
