Doug's Hyundai

I just got home with my new Hyundai Elantra GT, and I must say I am thrilled. Not only with the car, but also with the wonderful customer service I got at Doug's Hyundai in Lynnwood. My salesman, Farid, was absolutely fantastic. I simply cannot recommend him enough! My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday to check out the various Hyundai models available. Farid was fun and helpful as we poked around all the different cars. We ended up taking two test drives with him that day, and really appreciated the fact that he was knowledgeable, honest, and down-to-earth. Unlike the other salesmen at other dealerships, he wasn't shoving a sales pitch down our throats and pressuring us to buy. When I told him I wasn't ready to make a decision that day, he said no problem. I felt like he wanted me to get the right car at the right price -- I wasn't just a potential sale but a real person. I shopped around looking at other cars and other dealerships, and then I came back to Doug's to buy. Why? Because of their no-pressure attitude and their ability to give me a GREAT deal. Farid was attentive to my concerns and worked hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. In fact, everyone I met there (Q at the manager's desk and Troy in financing) was easy to work with and put me at ease. I'm slow at making decisions and ask a TON of questions, and everyone I talked to was helpful and honest. These people have a great attitude and were a joy to do business with. So do your homework, shop around, but come here to buy. You won't be sorry.
