We called ahead and our salesperson, Sunny, had the vehicle ready to test drive when we got there. After a no-drama negotiation we were out of there in less than 2 hours in our new Tucson (and we had a trade). They did not waste our time, gave us a good deal, and even managed to make it a somewhat fun experience (we hate car buying). I'm sure everyone's experience is different, but for us it really could not have been better.
