Doug's internet salesperson replied quickly and succinctly (no fluff, no sales pitch), and was very responsive to matching a… competitor's offer. When we went in, another salesperson worked with us, but our email negotiation was honored by him and the sales manager, who greeted us simply and personally. No surprise charges or unreasonable fees. Everyone was courteous, low-key and dignified. The best car purchase experience we've had. We love our new Accent SE!Wonderful Experience

We had emailed them telling them what we wanted and they promptly emailed us back with all the details and offering to help in whatever way they could. When I went… in to test drive the car, they had everything already to go. The dealership is really laid back and has a really pleasant environment. Not like a lot of dealerships you go to where its very high stress and you feel very pressured. They were all about making sure I was happy. I wasn't able to pick up my car for a few days so they made sure I had a loaner car from them so that I didn't have to rent a car which was really thoughtful. Robin and Ray took care of me from the start to finish and I will gladly send everyone I know that's looking for a car their way.Smart Dealership

I actually went to Honda initially but I didn't like the sales person and decided to check out Hyundai. I live in Lynnwood so Doug's was just the closest place. I ended up… working with Larry P. to find a car that I could work with. He was the nicest guy - anything but the typical 'car salesman' people would associate with. All the staff there seemed smart and down to earth. He gave me some pluses and minuses to each car and never once did I feel like I was being pushed in a direction I didn't want to go. I found out that the sales people there are not paid commission and instead a flat rate - which makes sense now. I ended up buying a car that day and out of the 2 other times I've bought a car from a dealership, I never felt as comfortable and assured as I did here. Ask for Larry if you are looking for a hyundai in the Lynnwood area!Great Experience

I saw the Santa Fe I liked on the internet and made contact with the sales folks at Doug's. The sales person (Vila)was friendly and efficient. The financing process was smooth… and easy. I would go there again and recommend to friends. It was an overall great experience.Good experience !

The time I visit the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go and the finance terms and… monthly payment was exactly right. The finance manager offered me an awsome warranty!
