    I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz in Bellevue, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I worked with Nicholas in sales, and he was absolutely a joy to work with throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Nicholas went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. He sent me detailed videos of the car, and we communicated through texts and calls. Nicholas was always prompt in returning my messages and worked tirelessly to get me the best price possible. Thanks to his dedication and excellent customer service, I ended up purchasing a 2019 Jeep Rubicon with zero regrets.     Jeff Lewis at the Sales and Sheneta at the Service Department are "Phenominal"....to say the least!! I give them 100% +++++. I have friends now who are warming up to MB. I have given Jeff's name at MB Bellevue already. Actually, I bought 4 MB when this dealership was still BARRIER MERCEDES.

  • Disappointing and stressful!

    Jeff Lewis assisted me with a purchase of a certified used vehicle, my first Mercedes. He started off by lying to me, saying the model I wanted didn't usually come with a sunroof (only because they could not locate the vehicle they advertised, the oneI came in to see - that had a sunroof). I purchased a vehicle without a sunroof, and returned it within the 5 day return period to switch it out for a vehicle with a sunroof. The second vehicle had more miles on it, and I was assured it would be a "swap"... another lie. Upon arrival at the dealership, Jeff shoved another piece of paper in front of my face to sign that said the vehicle was $3500 more, despite having written confirmation from the GM that it would be a "swap." Jeff ended up wasting half of my workday going back and forth about this. In delivering the vehicle with a sunroof, I noticed a very dirty windshield and asked that it be cleaned. Jeff forgot to clean it, and I drove it home. I immediately cleaned the windshield and discovered 5 rock chips! I called the Sales Manager (Trent), who was very nice, but at this point I was in tears because of the horrible experience. I drove the car back in the evening to show them the rock chips. I said the windshield would probably crack. Jeff tried to say the windshield was passable for a certified used vehicle. I was then told the dealership does not even check the service loaners when they place them for sale... they just simply check all of the boxes and certify them. Trenton recognized how upset I was.... he said the dealership would order me a new windshield and cover the cost. (Clearly he is much better at customer service to do the right thing!) Two weeks later my windshield cracked from one of the rock chips. I brought my vehicle (with the cracked windshield) in for the windshield replacement a couple of weeks ago, and discovered the service department is also subpar. Chris was my advisor and walked past me without explaining what the next step was... I waited in the waiting area for someone to approach me, but no one did... I had to go find someone. When it came to picking up my vehicle, again, the windshield was very dirty (despite the service advisor putting it through their carwash). He told me the dealership used "reclaimed" water for their carwash.... whatever that means! At this point, I was scared, and asked them to clean off the windshield before I left the lot. I don't trust them, knowing they hide vehicle damage! One would think ,when buying a 50k+ vehicle ,that service and sales would be top-notch. I would steer clear of this dealership when deciding where to spend your money.

    • It even gets worse. The dealership “forgot” to payoff the first vehicle I purchased and BECU called to say my payment is late! I signed documents to rescind the first transaction, but no one followed through with the bank in the finance department! The only person who helped me with this yesterday was Trenton, the Sales Manager. He said the dealership is fedexing the payoff to BECU. This dealership has wasted a lot of my valuable time. Why would I call the GM? If the GM wants to do anything here, he needs to pick up the phone and call me.

  • Extremely disrespectful, rude and humiliating behavior from Sales Manager

    I had the most disrespectful experience in my life. Back in December, I placed a custom order for GLC 2024. The experience till that point was pretty good and smooth. However, when I went to get delivery of my vehicle; I wanted to trade in my existing car as well. This is where things took a pretty bad turn. Just to call out; I made a mistake of paying off my vehicle few weeks before my GLC arrived; hence, I didn't have the title with me at that point. As I started talking to the sales person; they mentioned that since I don't have title with me; I need to get confirmation from the bank that car is paid off; which I did. However, they gave an extremely low ball offer, it was much lower than the base kbb trade in value as well. The salesperson mentioned that sales manager is saying that since I don't have title with me right now; therefore, they are adding the risk. So, I told them to let me talk to the sales manager, I talked to the bank and they said that they have already released the title so I should have it in a week or so. So, the sales manager came in, whose name is Tony. They were extremely rude right from the beginning. I asked them a simple question, "If I had title in my hand right now, what would be the offer", even before my question was completed; to my shock Tony said "shush, I am not a gambling man and I don't answer hypothetical questions". I was just shocked that they literally shushed me. I was with my brother, so he tried to repeat the question and the sales manager said to them "look your friend made a STUPID MISTAKE of paying off the car, so the best I can offer is auction price". Upon hearing the "auction price" phrase; I tried to ask them again why auction price and for the second time they said "shush, you are not listening". At this moment I had enough so I just said ok I am not trading in my vehicle. I have really summarized the discussion I had with Mr. Tony. We talked for like 15 minutes and throughout the conversation, they were extremely rude and disrespectful. There were other customers sitting there and it was extremely humiliating and disrespectful behavior. Just to call out; I had custom ordered and bought a brand new GLC from them and this is how Mr. Tony (Sales Manager) treated me. If it wasn't a custom ordered car for which I had waited for months to arrive, I would have stood up and left. I would strongly recommend to shop elsewhere.

    I stopped by on a whim to check out a car in the Mercedes parking lot and I took it for a test drive. Jeff Lewis was the sales person who helped us and he was very friendly and helpful in helping us decide on a car. We never felt pressured to buy. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have my first Mercedes and I love it!

  • Good overall but beware of sales tactics

    Smooth and easy buying process, altough being a first time buyer kinda felt that fell victim to sales tactics from the finance guy. They dont tell you the interest rate that you qualified over the phone even after I had paid $2500 reservation fee and was waiting for the car to clear the CPO process. Then the sales guy tells you an absurdly high interest rate stating that this is what the current market is at. Then the finance guy magically says he can cut down 1.65% if you opt into the mercedes products(extended warranties, protections etc.) which honestly are priced pretty premium and without much explanation or time to understand the process you are just overwhelmed and end up buying things that you dont need tbh. But yeah, love the car so far so all good. Get things in writing from the sales agent of any goodies or accessories that he made promises in the air before the deal.. And remember even when they comfort you for beign your first time buying a car and saying that they understand, everyones out for themselves and definitely just treat you like a cascow at the end of the day.

    I had the opportunity to work with Lorenzo Johnson and let me say, he is going to forever be my first choice!! Lorenzo genuinely cares about you & your vehicle.. He has so much patience!!! I recently built my own mercedes & he basically held my hand through the process & made sure everything went extremely smoothly. The day my baby came— I was SO EXCITED. The buying process was the easiest and quickest buy I have ever experienced. We were in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes… WOW!!!!!! Not an all day process?? UNHEARD OF!     I visited the MB Bellevue to get the latest on PHEV/EV cars. Eventually, I ended up trading my car for a new one, same model. The Sales Associate I dealt with was very patient and guided me through a good way to structure the transaction. He efficiently responded to my "wish list", enabling me to close the deal. I'm very satisfied with the assistance I received and also with the variety of cars available at the dealership. Definitely I recommend to visit MB Bellevue if in need of a car.

    I went to the dealership looking at a used car. And I met Derek Einfalt my salesman. He was a great help. I drove the used car. We need to talk about price in the show room. The new car SL 63 and couldn’t help myself. I loved it. I salesman was very helpful. We are able to put a deal together and I bought the car. I’m very happy with the whole transaction.

    I look at this rating of a 5 as a reflection on the dealership overall and the sales person, however the main reason for the 5 rating is really due to the sales person - Gregg Prokop. The dealership overall is great too. I would give a 6 rating to Gregg if available. He sold me my first Mercedes three years ago, and I came back to purchase a car from him for my wife. Gregg is a professional and focuses on delivering the highest level of customer service, during the purchase process but more importantly after the process as well. He has been with the dealership for over 20 years. Buying a new car is always somewhat of a pain, however Gregg makes it as best as possible.

    My experience with BMB was decent. A bit longer than I hoped for (isn’t it always?) but it was fine. The payment calculators online should really include tax. I went in with a solid idea of what I could/would pay based on the kbb app. However at the end of the process, I had to add another year to the loan, and ended up with a monthly payment that was about $200.00 more than anticipated. The last time I bought a car, I used a car broker. Nothing against BMB (they were good), but I will probably go back to that next time. Just less hassle all around.
