Extremely disrespectful, rude and humiliating behavior from Sales Manager

I had the most disrespectful experience in my life. Back in December, I placed a custom order for GLC 2024. The experience till that point was pretty good and smooth. However, when I went to get delivery of my vehicle; I wanted to trade in my existing car as well. This is where things took a pretty bad turn. Just to call out; I made a mistake of paying off my vehicle few weeks before my GLC arrived; hence, I didn't have the title with me at that point. As I started talking to the sales person; they mentioned that since I don't have title with me; I need to get confirmation from the bank that car is paid off; which I did. However, they gave an extremely low ball offer, it was much lower than the base kbb trade in value as well. The salesperson mentioned that sales manager is saying that since I don't have title with me right now; therefore, they are adding the risk. So, I told them to let me talk to the sales manager, I talked to the bank and they said that they have already released the title so I should have it in a week or so. So, the sales manager came in, whose name is Tony. They were extremely rude right from the beginning. I asked them a simple question, "If I had title in my hand right now, what would be the offer", even before my question was completed; to my shock Tony said "shush, I am not a gambling man and I don't answer hypothetical questions". I was just shocked that they literally shushed me. I was with my brother, so he tried to repeat the question and the sales manager said to them "look your friend made a STUPID MISTAKE of paying off the car, so the best I can offer is auction price". Upon hearing the "auction price" phrase; I tried to ask them again why auction price and for the second time they said "shush, you are not listening". At this moment I had enough so I just said ok I am not trading in my vehicle. I have really summarized the discussion I had with Mr. Tony. We talked for like 15 minutes and throughout the conversation, they were extremely rude and disrespectful. There were other customers sitting there and it was extremely humiliating and disrespectful behavior. Just to call out; I had custom ordered and bought a brand new GLC from them and this is how Mr. Tony (Sales Manager) treated me. If it wasn't a custom ordered car for which I had waited for months to arrive, I would have stood up and left. I would strongly recommend to shop elsewhere.
