    My daughter wanted a Spark. I was looking to buy a new one for her. Instead I purchased a used Spark with 4000 miles on it. I told them what I'd be willing to pay, and I drove off in the car paying exactly that amount, and not a penny more. Thanks to my salesperson, Sabrina Murillo, the whole process was a breeze. My daughter loved the car. Sabrina Murillo and her associates made my day.

    We just leased my daughter's second car from Lindsey. It was a great experience. We have worked with Lyndsey (sales woman) each time. There was no pressure, and she took the time to ensure we were happy with the right car. The negotiation was fairly quick ( in buying a car terms) and we left the dealership happy with the car and the process. As long as I am in the market for a Chevrolet I will go to Lindsey.

    I have questions and concerns not yet addressed by the Business Manager. My emails, calls and voicemail messages have not received a response. I don't even know if he got my MD inspection and if I will get my tags before the temporary ones expire.
  • POOR TREATMENT

    I was in on 4/27/17 to get recall work done on my 2016 Malibu. While waiting for my car I was just looking at the Impala.The sales person jumped right on me and kept trying to get me to trade in my car. I told them that I only had my car for 10 months. They wanted to evaluate my car to see what they would give me for it. I let them do it But I told them not to do anything else but see what my car was worth. They offered me $12,000.00 for my 2016 Malibu with less than 14K miles that I just bought from them 10 months ago. They kept pushing for me to buy the Impala. I said that it would turn me upside down. They call me non-stop all weekend. The sales person Tabitha and Mike Millegan kept calling me. So I started getting alerts from my FICO app saying that there are hits on my credit file. After checking what was on my report I found that they ran my credit anyway and I had 11 inquires from them on my report. I called Mike on 4/29/2017 to inform him what was going on and told them to stop running my report. On 5/8/2017 I got a letter from Apple FCU stating that I had an inquiry for $30,000.00 from GM. So I called Lindsay on 5/9/2017 to let a manager know about this and no one has called me back yet. Wow!! What a way to treat a former customer. Really??? I will be looking for another Chevy/GM Dealer to take my business to. Just to think, I was talking to my wife about buying her car from there. Not anymore.

    The internet prices, are a scam, the price they give you after you show them flaws is a scam, the finance dept is a huge scam....nothing honest with this group. Don't buy go somewhere else.

  • Military members beware!

    Long story short the dealership submitted paper work for the GM military discount factory rebate but did NOT APPLY the discount to the price of my vehicle. When I asked the sales manager about it, I was lied to and later found out the truth from USAA/True Car buying Service. I am Currently working to get Lindsay Chevrolet put on the restricted list for military members in the national capital region.

  • Love our new to us Equinox

    We needed a replacement vehicle after my husbands car went to the great scrap yard in the sky. After doing a lot of online research we headed for Lindsay Chevrolet to check out a couple used Equinox SUVs. Unfortunately our top pick was sold to another lucky customer. My husband drove our other choice but the price just wasn't right. There was another Equinox on the lot and Christal Scott stayed late and really went to bat to get us the price we wanted. Since we didn't take the vehicle home with us that day Christal came in on her day off to make sure all the paper work went smoothly, set up the bluetooth and OnStar and even put the plates on in the pouring rain. I can not say enough about Christal's professionalism and her willingness to work with us to make sure all our questions were answered and walk us through the whole process of purchasing a vehicle. He is very personable and attentive. I'm a very strong minded person and unlike other car dealerships I've dealt with Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge, VA has hired individuals of excellent quality, professionalism, and relatable such as Jose Belliard.     I came by during the week, I have an old 1500 Silverado I wanted to keep up with maintenance. It is a very nice set up they got going on, one of the Sales reps showed me around I highly recommend taking your vehicles in they seem to have things under control.

  • Dreams Come True

    A few weeks ago I had my vehicle (not a chevy) catch fire while driving (cause still unknown). I was really depressed. Luckily, my insurance did most of the key work and help lead me to Lindsey Chevrolet in Woodbridge, VA. Edward was an exceptional salesman, that showed genuine remorse for my issue. He let me steer the sale and wasn't pushy at all. Which led me to the car I wanted since I was a kid, the camaro. He worked with me even though I wasnt budging much on my price. He was able to work it out with a manager for a price that worked for me, giving me every discount and incentive possible. Now I am literally happy I open the front door and see her (camaro) smiling back at me. Thanks Ed and Lindsey Chevrolet for the patience and outstanding service.

  • Exceptional Experience

    I know the car buying/leasing process is a pain for people and I realize this dealership has not always got the best reviews. My purchase journey began about a week ago with some internet browsing and a request for more information from Alison Shine. I didn't receive unwanted phones calls pressuring me to come in. Just some simple back and forth and an agreement for me to come by Friday Night. Fast forward to Friday night and after touring a number of vehicles came that dreaded talk numbers part of the process (Enter the strong arm sales manager). After a brief discussion with Nathan Hallaway an Alison on expectations (lets face it, I wanted a good deal...they want to make money....lets be adults and meet some place we both are satisfied). We had a nice back and forth (it did have the traditional lets make the guy way) on price and eventually arrive at an agreeable number. At this point its late and while both Nathan and Alison could have gone the route of hey we have to do this deal now...they chose not to. They said go home talk it over with the family and we will give you a call in the morning. Which I ultimately did and other than the paperwork process taking too long (had to wait an hour just to get into finance I would say its a flawless experience. Jerry had us in and out of finance in literally 45 minutes (and he entered my kids). I can't complain at all. I have not had a chance to visit service yet but will be later this week for some accessories to be installed. All dealerships have ups and downs but when it matter Alison, Nathan and Jerry at all times respected my requests and I believe it went a long way in ensuring a terrific experience.

  • Nice Dealer Needs Sales Process Improvement

    I am a cash buyer of many high-line vehicles and made a simple deal on this new convertible ZO6 over the phone that included flat bed delivery of the vehicle. After some initial slow communication issues on behalf of Lindsay Chevrolet, we were able to get things going. Although my salesman was relatively young I felt he did his best given experience level. Javon Perrin (sales) has been very responsive and respectful of my time and with more selling experience, will be one of the best. Vehicle was delivered on a Monday as per agreement however it was driven, not flat bed delivered as was discussed, and thus had 180 miles put on it (had 10 on the lot) as well as some minor road damage from the salt/sand in the Washington DC area. The vehicle was also delivered without a paid option (battery protection) and am still in the process of sorting this out after nearly two weeks. I also found, a couple of days after delivery, that the vehicle was not properly lifted when serviced/"new car inspected" while at the dealer because a piece of the NEW vehicle was damaged and requires repairs (crack body molding on bottom area in front or passenger rear wheel). The required repairs will waste my time addressing this issue when it should have never been delivered in this manner. I am also waiting on license plates which in my experience are usually placed on the car at the dealer. I also require the title since I paid in full for the vehicle which is a simple process that does not takes weeks if the F&I manager deals with the DMV. Lastly, the final prep/wax for delivery was not done well. There are a couple of areas that will require some buffing attention to remove minor surface blemishes/scratches which will require me to waste time addressing. This is not the kind of experience I get dealing with my other dealers (Porsche/Mercedes) and felt that Lindsay should be aware so that management team can attempt to address them and prevent them from happening to other customers. Frankly, for buyers of high end cars that retail over $100k there should be a special process and sales professionals that handle those transactions. Buyers like me, that do not have the time to waste, would appreciate dealing with the most experienced sales staff to minimize issues and speed things up. Ensuring a seamless and well communicated sales and delivery process is critical for high-line car buyers like me who purchase several cars and conduct large business deals each year. I am willing to provide any additional information to help make the process better. It is my intent not to defame the dealer or sales group but bring these issues to light because I know that most are related to poor processes executed with good people trying to do their best. Lindsay is not a "bad" dealership but it is clear there is some room for improvement. I base this on the fact that I conduct business with a lot of dealers around the country and have a wealth of experience on how the purchase process works. I have received several requests for feedback and will provide an honest assessment so that improvements to the process can be made for the benefit of GM and Lindsay Chevrolet. Understanding the Voice of the Customer and truly acting on the feedback while focusing on the process opportunities is what the best businesses will do. I do feel that Chevrolet has made a good vehicle that can be compared to some of the best and one that finally competes on the world stage. As an almost exclusive buyer of high-line vehicles from German and Italian manufacturers, I felt that I should give GM a chance and support our countries manufacturing and well being. Overall, the vehicle is sound although the GM dealer processes (sales, service) still appear to have room to improve but the good news is the gap is not a bridge too far.

  • Vehicle damaged during routine service

    During my visit for routine service, my vehicle received damage to the paint over the left rear fender well. I drive a 2016 Silverado 3500 with dually tires and the left side was damaged during my service. The service attendant noticed it before I left and hopefully it will be taken care of as it was promised with out delay or any other inconvenience.
