    After getting last kid out of college, finally got my sports car -- a Corvette! They beat the price of the all the other competitors, had a huge inventory to choose from, and when I wanted a color that wasn't on the lot, they found one for me and had it delivered the next day. They was no pressure and lots of help, with the salesman, Daniel, having lots of expereince and knowledge with the car I wanted that that helped me make the right choice. All in all, a great experience.

    This was our second purchase this year from Lindsay Chevrolet and both times were very enjoyable and we were happy with our purchases. The staff at Lindsay are so friendly and make the process so much easier than any car purchases we have made in the past. Harold Holzman, Kristina Grimes and Nathan Hathaway are all wonderful!!! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with us until we got the deal done! They are all great employees.

    The Tahoe is really nice, but what made it all so wonderful was the knowledgeable presentation and warm engagement provided by our salesman Mark G. He did an absolutely fantastic job and made this the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever.   • BUYER BEWARE/READ THE FINE PRINT

    Buying a car can be exciting and daunting all at the same time. My experience with Lindsay Chevrolet was NOT a good customer experience. It was horrible. I could never recommend this dealership to anyone! First, go in with your own financing. They will not tell you this, but somewhere in the fine print you will find that they will run your credit with multiple lenders. My credit literally dropped 50 points while they ran my credit again and again and again over a three day period, even after I drove the car home. Read the fine print! Second, take a spare key to your car so when and if you want to leave, you can! I arrived at the dealership around 1pm and left around 7:30pm. Once they knew I was interested in one of their automobiles, they took the keys to my car so they could determine “their trade-in value” of my car, and basically it felt like I was being held hostage. Third, call ahead and know the actual advertised selling price of the automobile. I drove 85 miles to their dealership based on the discounted internet price of a car I was interested in. Once I arrived, took a test drive, and it was time to talk numbers, then I find out that Lindsay Chevrolet adds another $1495 to their internet price to get it ready to drive off the lot. I found their online pricing to be deceptive; otherwise, why not just state the actual selling price and not hide it somewhere in the FINE PRINT! I am not an expert but I when I googled “Bait and Switch” advertising, it appears to fit the definition. Fourth, don’t be misled about the extended warranty. After going round and round on the price of the automobile, then I am mislead regarding the extended warranty I am sold by an individual in their finance department. I am told, again and again, it covers bumper to bumper and the package I was sold, was not that coverage at all. Read the fine print! Fortunately, you have 30 days to cancel the coverage, which I did after reading the fine print! When they are throwing document after document after document in front of you to sign, not giving you the time to read the fine print, you trust that the person in front of you is actually telling you the truth. My mistake. Once I returned home and read all of the fine print and all of the documents I had signed, I realized I had been misled by their representative! After researching the company that Lindsay Chevrolet offers their extended warranty through, Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., I found their reviews were horrible to say the least. Check it out for yourself and remember you have thirty days to cancel. If you want an extended warranty, do your own research and purchase it at a later date. You do not have to purchase it at the time you purchase the car. Check with Consumer Reports. Finally, before you sign a legal contract, take the time to read all of the FINE PRINT!

  • Top Notch Dealer

    From the start, our salesman, Amaeze Nnoln, was awesome, he answered all our questions, he is very knowledgeable about the Chevy product. It was great working with a very likeable, not pushy salesmen. We also received assistance from Angel Reyes and Eddie Castro. They were both very polite, friendly, and patient. They worked very hard to get us the deal we were looking for. Our financing was a delight. We worked with Lizzie Grammer, she was very friendly, polite, and she explained things very plainly regarding the extended warranty options. I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Chevy, Go to Lindsay Chevrolet. Ask for either Amaeze, Angel or Eddie. They will take excellent care of you.

  • 2 vehicles bought 2014 Captive and 2014 Malibu

The main reasons we looked a Lindsay was because the buying process of the first was a great experience and the service department has really taken care of my wife's 2014 Captiva and that was another reason to go back to Lindsay to look at another car. I just bought, July '16 a 2014 Malibu and had a great experience again while buying. So if you're look to buy, make Lindsay one of the places you look

  • Recent 2016 Chevy Camaro Purchase

    My third purchase in 4 years, The sales personnel that I've been involved with have been exceptional, which is why I continue to return. Dimitri Albritton was my sales associate and was Great and very knowledgeable, as I had done my research prior to finally making my Camaro purchase. I had a specific list of items and prices, which Dimitri was able to meet and he respected the fact that I didn't want any long sales pitches, as I had mentioned that this was going to be my 3rd purchase from Lindsay and knew beforehand what I wanted and what my expectations were from Lindsay and Dimitri my sales rep.I want to Thank Dimitri for a job well done, satisfying customer's at times through my experiences can be difficult and some you can never make happy. Because of my prior research I was already prepare and Dimitri just confirmed everything with his professionalism and expertise. Respectfully!   • Bait and Switch

    Bait and Switch.......On 06/18 I found a used 2013 Camaro I really wanted to buy for my daughter listed by Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge, VA on Cargurus, Carfax and Autotrader but not on their website. Decent deal, not great, but I was still interested. I called at 11:38 am and was advised that their websites were acting up, but was assured that they do have the car in inventory. Called back at 7:17 pm that same day (06/18), just 45 minutes prior to closing time to verify the car was still in inventory. They said yes. So the next day (06/19), I drove 3 1/2 hours to get there just to be told that it had sold the day before. The salesman was happy to try and show me brand new Camaros for twice the amount. Ok, it happens. However, the next day (06/20), while resuming my internet search for Camaros, I see the car still listed on Cargurus, Carfax and Autotrader. I call the dealership at 5;17 PM and they say "Yep, we have that car, it just recently came in. It's in great shape,, a really nice car." At 1016 am on 6/21 the car is still listed on Autotrader, Carfax and one of their own websites (but not the other and not on Cargurus). I called to complain, left a message for the General Manager. Ended up with a sales manager calling me back who looked up the car and said it had sold on the 17th! The day before I first called. Could have saved me an entire day driving to and from to look at a car that wasn't there. I would say that salespeople are intentionally deceptive liars and the dealership encourages this with false advertising by failing to remove sold vehicles from websites such as Carfax and Autotrader, etc. Looks like the classic bait and switch to me. BUYER BEWARE at this joint!!!!!!!!!!

    I bought my previous vehicle from the dealership and also used Nathan for that purchase. When I came in this time to trade my vehicle in I knew I had to use Nathan again. He was wonderful and keeps the customer in mind and is not there just to sell you a vehicle. He has much knowledge on the vehicles and helped with the finance people as well. He made the experience fun and not stressful!

  • Run, Speed, Fly away from this place if you can!!!

    Worst dealership ever! I initially went in to see a Buick Enclave, and was told that it was sold just prior to my appointment! Okay, so Ted Madsen re-assured me that he had the perfect vehicle for our family of 6 (at the time). It wasn't what I wanted, but the price was right and it worked for our large family! So I purchased the 2011 Traverse Ted showed us, and this has been the worst car buying experience to date! This car is a total LEMON! Sure, I should have requested a car fax report. However, as a then naive car buyer, I assumed the dealership would have let us know the car I was about to purchase was recently in a bad wreck!!! My husband and I have since had to replace the ENTIRE engine, brakes, the power steering pump and gear, other gasket/ engine repairs, and the list goes on! Never, ever, ever would I buy, nor recommend buying a car from the Lindsay Chevrolet. I should have known something was wrong when Muhammad Marid gave me the run around about the so called warranty that was left on the vehicle. He was pushy and lied about being able to take my car to any Chevrolet dealer to have the oil changes completed for free, even after we told him we were moving to MI soon. My husband and I are both Marine Corps veterans with 5 children and thought Lindsay was just giving us a much needed great deal on a family vehicle. Instead the whole ordeal has been a terrible nightmare and never ending mistake we are trying to repair! Thanks Lindsay Chevrolet for making us regret the day we ever graced your lot!

  • Great Experience

    My wife had an Exodus and wanted a new one to take with us to Utah and leave it. She went on TruCar and Nathan was the first to respond. We went to the dealership that morning and purchased the car. He was friendly and informative. It was an easy buy and we were in and out of there in about two hours.
