    The sole reason I brought the car wasn't fixed and overlooked. Didn't disclose one defect that happened while the car was at the shop. Also feel over charged for what they did fix

    the AC was not working, i brought the Suburban in and they assisted me with professionalism and a smile. they answered all my questions and gave me a ride home. he kept me informed of the status of my car and kept the time line to completion of repairs. I am very satisfied with the service.

    I came by during the week, I have an old 1500 Silverado I wanted to keep up with maintenance. It is a very nice set up they got going on, one of the Sales reps showed me around I highly recommend taking your vehicles in they seem to have things under control.

  • Vehicle damaged during routine service

    During my visit for routine service, my vehicle received damage to the paint over the left rear fender well. I drive a 2016 Silverado 3500 with dually tires and the left side was damaged during my service. The service attendant noticed it before I left and hopefully it will be taken care of as it was promised with out delay or any other inconvenience.

  • Poor Service

    My vehicle had less than 700 miles on it when I first brough the car it for service. After being given an appointment and dropping off the car early I was told my vehicle would be ready the next day NLT 2pm. I attempted the check the status of my vehicle online but it had not been logged in and the service department would not answer their phones. After hours of attempting to contact them I was told my service team was off and they could not provide a status until Monday morning...2 days later. I asked for a manager and was told he was on vacation and was then told I could speak to a shop foreman but that he was busy. After 45 mintues of waiting I received a call and was told my vehicle would not be ready until Wednesday and that he couldn't offer a reason as to why my vehicle was not processed as promised and that no one had contacted me. It appears there is a lack of leadership in this department and now makes me question the quality of the work that might (or might not) have been performed. Overall horrible first impression from a dealership and their management.

    Dealership serviced my 2010 Chevy Tahoe. Service tech laughed at numerous problems with the vehicle. Never called me back. It took months for me to get my vehicle in the shop. I found the service department less that equipped to handle my electrcial problems and they denied all the techical bullitins posted on the vehicle.

    The dealership has been servicing my 2007 Saturn Ion since the beginning of December, and it still is not working. This will be the 4th time it will have to go into the shop. I went into the dealership yesterday to inform the service person I’ve been working with (Mike H.) that the car would not start once again. He had a smirk on his face and shrugged his shoulders. His exact words were, “where is the car now?” I told him it was at my residence (where else would it be, it would not start). He actually expected me to have the car towed to the dealership. His body language and tone were of frustration/aggravation, but at what? I have spent $400 to have my car serviced at Lindsay. The first diagnosis was an extended battery charge needed. Next, the battery needed to be replaced was explained. Then, the interior lamp needed to be replaced. Obviously the service department does not know what is wrong with my car. I am now waiting on the service manager to call me to discuss options. The car was to have been a Christmas gift for my daughter, but that never happened.
