Poor Service

The dealership has been servicing my 2007 Saturn Ion since the beginning of December, and it still is not working. This will be the 4th time it will have to go into the shop. I went into the dealership yesterday to inform the service person I’ve been working with (Mike H.) that the car would not start once again. He had a smirk on his face and shrugged his shoulders. His exact words were, “where is the car now?” I told him it was at my residence (where else would it be, it would not start). He actually expected me to have the car towed to the dealership. His body language and tone were of frustration/aggravation, but at what? I have spent $400 to have my car serviced at Lindsay. The first diagnosis was an extended battery charge needed. Next, the battery needed to be replaced was explained. Then, the interior lamp needed to be replaced. Obviously the service department does not know what is wrong with my car. I am now waiting on the service manager to call me to discuss options. The car was to have been a Christmas gift for my daughter, but that never happened.
