    Two visits and still roof leaks. And they gave me my truck back with dirt and water spots all over truck.

    Matthew from the Service Department, did not provide good service. He didn't listen to my concerns as a customer. I asked him to check my taillights because I was having brake light issues ( he said he did ). Once I arrived to pick my truck up I noticed the passenger side taillight wasn't working, however my truck passed a VA state inspection. How can my vehicle pass an inspection with a broken taillight. The taillights were under warranty so I guess Koons GMC of Woodbridge was trying to cut corners and save money 💰 by not replacing both taillights. I wonder how many other people have experienced this 🤔
