onMatthew from the Service Department, did not provide good service. He didn't listen to my concerns as a customer. I asked him to check my taillights because I was having brake light issues ( he said he did ). Once I arrived to pick my truck up I noticed the passenger side taillight wasn't working, however my truck passed a VA state inspection. How can my vehicle pass an inspection with a broken taillight. The taillights were under warranty so I guess Koons GMC of Woodbridge was trying to cut corners and save money 💰 by not replacing both taillights. I wonder how many other people have experienced this 🤔
