    Jonathan, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful and laid back. I hate doing things like buying cars but he made it very painless. I told him what my budget was and he didn't try to talk me into anything above that. He answered my hundreds of questions very patiently and helped me find my perfect car. Finance also worked hard to get me a great rate. Thanks!

    Daniel Davis kept me informed each day. He gave me specifics on what he found and how it would be resolved. He even gave me the worse case scenario so I wouldn't be surprised. He was very informative. He was extremely patient and very pleasant to deal with.

    1. Customer service A. The constant communication between Frank Lindsley @ service dept. and myself (keeping me up to date on a regular basis). B. The exceptional length one of your sales representatives (I don't know how to spell her name; something like Anastasia M., her last name is Russian but her ancestry is Latvian) - exceptional because we were having a difficult time getting a loaner car as the dealership no longer had any available, SHE (with neither of us knowing each other) took the time to walk over to the BMW dealership and walked back with their manager to Mini with the desire that he might be able to facilitate the ability for Mini to provide us with a loaner car, which he did. The repairs and back orders from Germany meant I would be without a car for almost a month. For this woman, from another dept. with whom we had never had any contact previously, to intercede on our behalf is the PERSONIFICATION of the most thoughtful customer service I had ever received and showed to me Mini's exemplary emphasis on their customers. She was so concerned about our experience remaining a positive one. I had called several times to speak with the supervisor at Mini to inform her about what Anastasia had done for us, but was unable to reach her as she was on vacation. But I will continue trying. It is my hope that she can be recognized in a special way by Mini/BMW for going that extra mile in demonstrating how much you do value your customers. I have never experienced anything like this or my interactions with John Lindsley at any other dealership. For me, it's not about only the sale, which obviously is important otherwise you would have to close down, but building and maintaining a trust with the customer that will create a desire within him/her to want to come back. Too bad such an attitude is not more universal, as has been my experience. Plus the driving experience of a Mini is quite unique and exciting. PLEASE do not forget about Anastasia! (I hope I have her name spelled correctly.)

    Ian and the team were great. He took time to listen to me on what happened and thoroughly examined my car. He also communicated when they discovered additional damage and was concerned about the motor. Thanks to their hard work, I got my car back a day early and had recall work completed too. Awesome service! Thanks Ian and thanks to your team.

    Fantastic customer service!! Upon entrance to the business, I was immediately greeted. Lots of friendly faces! I like the texting. Daniel was awesome! Very professional and he did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. I especially liked how he reviewed the services needed, the cost, and estimated time for pick-up with me during drop-off.

    Liked the idea of the shuttle. Shifting to a rental was a bit more involved--and I was afraid of someone scratching the car while it was in my possession. Having the car vacuumed was a nice touch.

    That was great experience! Staff are very friendly. And we have very great pleasure to work with our sales person Anastasija. MINI which we bought we found over website and Anastasija was able to make quick arrangements over the phone for us, before we arrived from other city. She greeted us friendly upon arrival and very detailed and professionaly answered all our questions as well explained dealership's sale procedures. So, thanks to her we passed through sales process very smoothly and became happy owners MINI of our dreams. Also we want to said "Thank you" to Dave another sales consultant there, who's "entsiclopedic" knowlege about MINI helps to us unveiled all hidden features of our new car. I have to say that all staff there worked as one team and this pass us from buyers to owners easy and makes us happy. And speacial Thank you from us to leader of this team, sales manager Viki. Very good job Viki, very great team! Thank you all.

    Friendly, efficient, and professional. The repair was covered by warrantee so I can't comment on the cost, but they did give me an awesome loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop.

    Staff was knowledgeable, willing to work with me that I live on the other side of the water. Scheduling went well and was flexible. Rental/loaner was clean, with a full tank of fuel and the process was simple. The porter knew how to drive a manual transmission very well. My Mini was returned to me with a clean interior, exterior and the engine bay was in order as well.

    Your customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and focused on ensuring our visit was a pleasant experience. Frank kept us informed on the status of our car and was able to quickly provide us with a loaner car when our car required unplanned additional repairs.

    Prompt accurate communication to include follow-up on status by service advisor. Delivered as promised--work was performed within the time frame indicated by the service advisor. Quality work at competitive price. Will definitely use this dealer for Mini service.

    just about everything (well except maybe the cost ;-) - I got in when I needed (I live out of town and so have to schedule appts on visits home) - my service tech was great! (Debbie - thank you!) - the car was done on time as promised - but best of all - I feel that I can trust the recommendations that the team makes regarding the maintenance on my car and I can't say that I've had that experience with my previous dealership. And finally - your team really seems to enjoy their jobs and that says a great deal about the work environment there.
