Within thirty seconds of pulling up, someone took the necessary information and handed me a form to take to a service manager. The service manager confirmed the purpose of… the appointment and told me that it would take about an hour and a half for the 35K mile service. At about an hour and twenty minutes later he called me and told me that it was done. Almost painless.Bob, we're delighted to hear that your routine service experience at Koons Tysons Toyota was smooth and efficient. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us! They told me I could go to any Koons for my oil changes so I would buy the

I have to drive an hour away from my house every single time I need an oil change and it takes all day long. The service… department is very courteous and polite though. They don’t control it but I wish the sales team did not lie to me.Thank you for sharing your experience with Koons Tysons Toyota. However all of the services James speaks of in the voicemail was done at our last visit. My wife was there ant the dealership so I’m thinking this… is the let’s get one over on the lady situation. She asked James about the message he said he didn’t call me. She had to show him the transcript of the voicemail message he left with his cell phone number. When my wife returned home I played the voicemail for her and she verified that was him. My advice to anyone reading this … Stay away from Koons Tyson Toyota.This is concerning to read, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or miscommunication regarding your vehicle's service needs. We strive for transparency and honesty with all our customers, so this feedback is taken very seriously. While looking into your concern I found that you could have spoken to two different team members both names James. However, I do want to address the concerns, of previous work having been presented.
