My advice to anyone reading this … Stay away from Koons Tyson Toyota.

onGot a voicemail message from James saying that our vehicle needed all this extra service. However all of the services James speaks of in the voicemail was done at our last visit. My wife was there ant the dealership so I’m thinking this is the let’s get one over on the lady situation. She asked James about the message he said he didn’t call me. She had to show him the transcript of the voicemail message he left with his cell phone number. When my wife returned home I played the voicemail for her and she verified that was him. My advice to anyone reading this … Stay away from Koons Tyson Toyota.

While looking into your concern I found that you could have spoken to two different team members both names James. However, I do want to address the concerns, of previous work having been presented.
