    My 2013 Traverse had multiple recalls. The service department was able to complete the recall service in a quick time frame (same day service). As well as noticing my inspection sticker was about to expire, so they inspected my vehicle. The service department also did an exceptional job cleaning my vehicle. I have two dogs that regularly ride in the cargo area. It hasn't been this clean since we initially bought the vehicle from Koons. I would highly recommend service from Koons, it highly exceeded my expectation based on service provided at other Chevy dealerships.

    I was there for the recall of my 2005 Chevrolet cobalt and the whole staff, from the receptionist to the service manager, was very helpful, nice and made the whole experience completely painless and positive.

    The last visit to Koons was for the Ignition switch recall. You did a good job. I just wish that GM had done a better job of informing me that all car keys were needed to complete the recall. Because of that I wasn't fully prepared.

    This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was on my way from D.C. to my home in NC and needed a brake light replaced for night time driving. I dropped in unannounced without an appointment in the middle of a Friday afternoon. The service representative Bill was exteremely busy, but totally attentive to me. He ordered Express Service for me, and I was back on the road in an hour. Great!! Obviously a great dealership with great training.

    John, General Sales Manager, and Michael, night time service manager, and our greeter (sorry I missed her name)were all very helpful in getting the service we needed completed in an expeditious manner. Being that it was a factory defect on a new car (driven 100 miles), their efforts went a long way in keeping our spirits high even though there was a huge inconvenience not more than 2 days into ownership.

    Darbo was a great sales person. The whole team worked with me to get me in a new vehicle that I can afford and I'm extremely happy about that. They went above an beyond to meet my needs and even bought me and my brother lunch. It was an overall exceptional experience.

    Everyone in Service was friendly, professional and helpful. I had a nail in a tire which would not hold air so am grateful to Steve Wauldron for squeezing me in. The cashier and everyone were very nice and courteous. Kudos to them all!

    I came in to have my oil changed, and when I was told that this location was fully booked for the weekend- Mr. Steven Wauldron came out to greet me, and he made sure that my car was fully prepared! I was amazed as my car was ready within less than 45 minutes, he was very optimistic, welcoming, and vigilant! Thank you so much for saving me time and extra trip to the service department!

    I loved the response of your team as well as the professional and timely email notifications of my appointment and when my vehicle was ready. It was very helpful and it beats what the competition is doing (or rather not doing at all). I will definitely return to Koons for service in the future.

    My Sales Rep Maks Seriki did an awesome job. I stopped by on my lunch hour and only had an hour he completed the deal in an hour. The financing person was also great (I forgot his name) he completed the financing in about 15 minutes. Great dealership I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

    I was getting ready to leave for a long trip and my service engine soon light came on. I got to the dealership and they were completely booked, however they squeezed me in and got my problem code read and reset the system to allow me to safely drive the vehicle. I was only an hour or so behind schedule due to them squeezing me. Great customer service!

    My visits to this dealership has always been a pleasant one. Michael Kalman's team did a great job on my Equinox. Awesome customer service and they had my car back to me in a timely manner. Michael was excellent and keeping me informed of what was being done. I will definitely recommend this team to others. Great job guys!!!

    Juan was extremely knowledgable about the product and worked well with us from start to finish. My only issue (and it isn't just at this dealership but all dealerships) is the amount of time it takes to finish the deal, particularly when we had most everything approved and completed in advance.

    Let me start out by saying how my car shopping experience at Koons ended -> 5 STARS !! <- How I landed on the 5 Stars is a direct result of the professionalism I received from the team I worked with Koons during my car buying process. The Salesman working with me listened and understood what was important to me, first being the type of truck I was looking to purchase down to the details what's key here is that this vehicle wasn't on the lot and they located it right away. Second and probably the most important piece to completing this deal was price in which they worked with to meet the budget I was working with... Again overall my car buying experience at Koons was enjoyable and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car shopping experience.

He explained everything in detail, had the technician show me the needed repairs, kept costs down where practical and had my vehicle ready when promised.     Our Rep was very helpful with all the questions we asked about our new car. He went even above the normal to help us with questions & install of blue tooth we had on our prior Chevy car. No hassles, car gassed, easy & fast. Great person to have working for you.
