My 2013 Traverse had multiple recalls. The service department was able to complete the recall service in a quick time frame (same day service). As well as noticing my inspection sticker was about to expire, so they inspected my vehicle. The service department also did an exceptional job cleaning my vehicle. I have two dogs that regularly ride in the cargo area. It hasn't been this clean since we initially bought the vehicle from Koons. I would highly recommend service from Koons, it highly exceeded my expectation based on service provided at other Chevy dealerships.
