I live out of state, and when I contacted the dealership about the used car I was interested in, I soon received a link to a complete documentation package that included the vehicle details, high-resolution photos, the CARFAX history, a summary of all the reconditioning work that had been performed, the original sticker for that vehicle, and the manufacturer's brochure. My salesman, Earl, helped me through the entire process, and was always available to answer my questions, including information on how to get the car shipped to my home. Overall it was a great experience!
