by Out of State Buyer on 01/05/2025I live out of state, and when I contacted the dealership about the used car I was interested in, I soon received a link to a complete documentation package that included the vehicle details, high-resolution photos, the CARFAX history, a… summary of all the reconditioning work that had been performed, the original sticker for that vehicle, and the manufacturer's brochure. My salesman, Earl, helped me through the entire process, and was always available to answer my questions, including information on how to get the car shipped to my home. Sold car when I was in the process of buying it
by Jay Wilson on 04/26/2024I am from out of state and called on the car, the sales person David Owino started helping me and passed me to his used car sales manager. The sales manager did not get in touch with me so I called the sales manager a couple days later. The… sales manager told me, he wouldn't sell me the car unless it was sold today because the end of the month is here. The sales manager had me send my DL and fill out a finance app. After I was done filling out the financing paperwork, he tells me, oh there is someone here and I am going to sell it to the person here. IF you don't want to sell cars online, then don't advertise your cars online. This is a really bad experience and I do not recommend ANYONE trying to buy ANY of their vehicle online.Jay, I'm really sorry to read about your experience. This is not the kind of service we aim to provide and it's clear that we've fallen short in this instance. We certainly don't want anyone feeling like they're being given the runaround or treated unfairly. Disinterested in Selling Cars

I was concerned about the work that was due, but he advised me on what was necessary and… what could wait in a couple weeks. I was grateful for that. My GMC Acadia is my baby. They took good care of it. Runs great. New brakes, no more leaky tail lights and suspension is tight and safe. Will continue taking it to Koons.We're delighted to know you had a great experience with our valet service and that Jonathan was able to provide helpful advice.
