onWe use this dealership as we have fully electric vehicles (EV) and this dealership's service department has high EV volume, and adequate trained service personnel and equipment for EVs. We have been to other closer more convenient dealerships for service and encountered technician scheduling, and parts and equipment availability issues. Koons Tysons Chevrolet has always been able to accommodate our needs in reasonable times without unanticipated delays we encountered elsewhere. The only problem we have encountered was failure to reinstall our Virginia state mileage tracker on the OBD port after servicing the car.
