Sold car with hidden defects
by AnkitaV on 07/07/2025updated 07/14/2025If I can give them negative stars, I would. I will never recommend them to anyone. They sell cars knowing they are faulty. They misrepresent them and pressure you into buying them. They sold a car to us and within two and half weeks, the… car was not in driving condition. They replaced the clutch actuator before selling it to us and the same clutch actuator failed again. We can't even get it inspected in MD because it's not in driving condition. They took the car to fix it but we don't trust the car and we don't trust them. Beware. Go anywhere but here. Not to mention the people are not nice to talk to. You can not get a hold of the general manager. All the sleezy salesmen and their supervisors are just trying to pawn the faulty cars on whoever walks in there. Also, please beware of their return policy. It's 5 days compared to any other normal dealerships. They don't even tell you the return window when you buy the car! They hide a lot of facts from you. They stopped communicating with us about the cars repairs. The general manager doesn't seem to care either. Haven't heard from a proper manager at all. Save yourself some headache and go somewhere where they won't cheat you.Thank you, we figured out this issue with AutoNation Honda Dulles. Sold us a car with hidden defects and now won't even respond
by AndrewV on 07/07/2025We made the biggest mistake of our lives going to this dealership. They sold us a car with hidden defects. Two weeks later, car broke down. Cannot be driven. Couldn't even get it inspected in Maryland. It took a while to get a hold of… someone who would do something. They towed it to their dealership for repairs. We asked for a fully covered protection plan to cover the car for future because of what happened. They gave us a ridiculous price just for the plan. So we wanted to cancel the car sale. They won't let us. We had consulted a lawyer who took a look at our case and said we have the right to cancel under certain grounds we have. Oh, their return window is 5 DAYS where any other true reputable dealerships have a return window of 30 days! They don't disclose this information to you. But they decided not to communicate with us since. They won't even tell us if the car is ready for pick up or not. Will not respond to our emails. But they had the audacity to send us this customer feedback email. So, save yourself some headache and go to a reliable place. Not [non-permissible content removed].Gift of new HR-V

Mohamed was exceptionally caring and helpful! He went out of his way to assist us with getting a… new key for the vehicle because we initially could not find keys. I had explained to him that my wife and I were only in town for a day, and had many errands to run and tasks to complete to try to settle my brother in law’s estate. As it turned out a neighbor instead purchased the car from us. When I called Mohamed to let him know we would not sell to his dealership, he was extremely gracious, stating he was happy things worked out for us! He even delivered the key to my brother in law’s house, even though we didn’t sell the car to him. We were so moved by his compassion and concern for our difficult situation! Bad business

Rushed through electronic signature process on Mac without accurate explanation of what was included.
