We made the biggest mistake of our lives going to this dealership. They sold us a car with hidden defects. Two weeks later, car broke down. Cannot be driven. Couldn't even get it inspected in Maryland. It took a while to get a hold of someone who would do something. They towed it to their dealership for repairs. We asked for a fully covered protection plan to cover the car for future because of what happened. They gave us a ridiculous price just for the plan. So we wanted to cancel the car sale. They won't let us. We had consulted a lawyer who took a look at our case and said we have the right to cancel under certain grounds we have. Oh, their return window is 5 DAYS where any other true reputable dealerships have a return window of 30 days! They don't disclose this information to you. But they decided not to communicate with us since. They won't even tell us if the car is ready for pick up or not. Will not respond to our emails. But they had the audacity to send us this customer feedback email. So, save yourself some headache and go to a reliable place. Not [non-permissible content removed].
