    It's a good experience I have in honda dulles to buy my new car .The sales representative was wonderful in explaining the product, he has a good knowledge and customer service experience.

    They definitely did what they needed to to make a sale. I'm one unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I live 2 hrs away to get the vehicle I wanted n the hood popped up on me a week later. Went back to get it fixed to have them just wd40 it only. Definitely NOT customer friendly. Everytime I ask to talk to someone it takes days for a phone call return but as soon as you ask for a manager they call you right away funny how that works

    Wayne Brent is the man! Worked with me nonstop to find a car since June. Called me immediately when he had a car i might be interested in, in this market: thats not common. Even helped make sure i got a really good deal.

    Good service, rebuilt the brakes. Only one minor problem which was rapidly fixed. They need to test drive over a bumpy surface! AND THEY FIXED THE CLOCK PROBLEM!!!!

    Amazing service at the service department! from Adam Kearney. He takes care of our cars and always provides 5 star service at every step! I am a repeat customer due to the ease and support that my service advisor; Adam and Bryan who works at the shop always provide when I come for service. Top notch process, professionals and acknowledgeable and a friendly "feel like family" attitude. Great team to do business with.

    The family went in looking for a new car. We were greeted by Brian and he was very nice. He was also super nice to my kids. Most dealerships don’t really talk to kids. We ended up buying a van from this dealership and we were very impressed with the whole experience. We will definitely return to buy another car. Also, the fact that they do not mark up their cars is a plus.

    If you need a Honda this is the place to go. They have a decent supply of cars given the current supply issues. This was the only place with the exact truck I wanted with the exact color and detail. If you have shopped you know how hard that is to find. Most places you have to compromise on something but not at Autonation. Wayne Brent our salesperson was incredible to work with. His experience with the product and personality fit great with my wide and I. Buying a car takes time to do, but from the time we walked in to the time we left seemed a very short time because of Wayne and the team at Autonation Dulles. Their prices are the best. No surcharge etc like I was seeing at other dealers. Ultimately I got what I wanted, a model up (Black Edition over RTL-E) for the same price at the other dealerships were offering on the lesser Trim Packages. Great shopping experience overall and I highly recommend them for your next purchase.

    Brandon Jackson is calling me a liar. he responded back to me: "Anyone can produce a paper like that. Thank you." after I showed him a document that I got from Sheehy showing that I got an offer $28,500 from Sheehy dealership.

  • Super Dealer - AutoNation Dulles Honda

    I generally don't enjoy the process of buying a new car. It's a dance I really dread. But our experience at AutoNation Dulles Honda was quite different from the norm I have experienced in the past. I realize the paradigm has changed due to the supply chain shortages impacting the automobile industry - both new and used car inventories, plus parts. But the staff at the dealership was extremely professional and courteous. Everything was upfront and honest, with no hidden agendas. Our sales consultant, Justin Duke, was super to work with and went out of his way to make sure we were able to get exactly the car we desired at a fair price. He has followed up on everything we requested and discussed after the sale. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a satisfying auto purchasing experience – a true model of what all sales consultants should be. The sales manager, Sunny Hauue, was professional and straightforward in bringing the sale to conclusion. There was no haggling, just a recognition of what was a fair deal for both parties. I genuinely appreciated the open and frank negotiation. Finally, the financial services manager, James Quaye, made the paperwork expeditious and understandable. The dealership is a beautiful facility – new, clean, and customer friendly. In this age of auto shortages, AutoNation Dulles Honda had the car we desired and gave us a fair deal without an arbitrary pure profit markup that most Honda dealers are applying in this environment. I cannot recommend this dealer and its staff enough to everyone!

    Took my CRV to have 2 tires replaced. The first visit I was told the tires had to be ordered. I went n the next day and had them installed. I told the rep on both days my right front tire had a slow leak. This was not checked until the car was brought to me, then had to be taken back to be examined. Thirty minutes later it was brought back to me and I was told no leak showed up. But the tire continued to lose air. So I took it back where I purchased it- Hogan & Sons in Chantilly. They found the leak right away and I then had a third tire replaced there. I wish it had been examined more closely, would have saved me a trip.

    I was there to have a check up. I was waited on promptly and courteously. Service great, had transmission work done and was quoted too high per rep so I was given a 15% discount. I always have a great experience @ Honda of Dulles. This 2018 CRV is my third and have had years of wonderful service on all three cars.

    Sean is the man - first time car buying experience and was lucky to have him the whole way through. From the start, there was no pressure to move forward any faster than I wished and he made all buying options known so I could make the most informed decision. Always carved out time in his busy day to meet with us as it took several visits for me to finalize my decision. His manager, Sonny, was also a wonderful gentlemen we had the pleasure of working with and felt both genuinely had my best interest in mind.

    They did a great job. It was on an incredibly busy day so had a longer than anticipated wait but given the volume of service they were doing at the same time, I understand and did not count that against them. Very professional and high level service.

  • Bait and switch

    Bait and switch. They offered me a price for my trade online conditional to in person review. Sales person said they could likely beat it once I was there in person. I submitted detailed specs to their database to get the estimate. Once there, they dropped it by $1,500 and could not explain why despite a technicians review. Of course they couldn’t locate the technician to explain what caused the drop. Only after multiple “Let me talk to my manager and see what I can do” did it get back to original. Don’t appreciate the baited, inflated offer to get me there only to pay BS games later and switch the offer without explanation as to why. This is why people are switching to online car buying.
