Best used vehicle purchase I have ever had

This was the best used vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Salesperson Jake Eames was amazing, no pressure, and no nonsense from the moment we met, through the test drive, negotiations, and picking up my truck a few days later. I… got a fair trade-in on my car and a 3 month/ 3,000 powertrain warranty which has really put my mind at ease. If I ever need another vehicle, I will be calling Jake at Duncan Ford.

Eco diesel service
by Ken-sea on 02/14/2023Oil change, recall, potential coolant leak. All requested services were completed timely and fully which has been my usual experience with Duncan over 4 years. They offered for me to comeback for the coolant issue check which was not… detected. I’ve since driven over 800 miles trouble free. Excellent service department and knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend.Newer Jeep brake noise, dealer saying drive it in mud and water!
by john b1 on 12/22/2022newer jeep squeaking from the front; they told me its a jeep and that i needed to drive it in water and mud. that this is normal. I purchased this thing brand new 50k and for it to do that is not right. they then looked at the rotor and saw… some marks only on one and not 4 but they continue to say its normal. hot or cold it will squeak at low speeds. how is this normal. im not looking for free work but for a 50k jeep to continue to do is is not right. this dealership thinks folks are stupid. im sorry but im not bringing this car back to them unless is warranty work; any other work will be done by folks who knows how to appreciate an educated customer.My F150 Service at Duncan Ford

All work was completed as promised and a one-day… turn around. Tina in the Service Department is my go-to whenever I need work done on my F150 and she is simply the best Service Tech/Writer I’ve come across in a very long time. Does what she says she’s going to do and keeps me informed from start to finish.Duncan Service Dept

The service department has always serviced this SUV and takes my vehicle in as scheduled and has… it back promptly. Everyone there is friendly and just good down home people. I have since brought the vehicle to them for every oil change and tire rotation… and I have been treated the same. Both sales and service have been very professional!Highly recommend!

Next morning engine was still pecking so drove back to dealer and found oil cap had been left… off and was bouncing around, making that noise. Oil had blown out making a mess. You have got to be kidding!Outstanding service!

The state inspection and oil change was due at the end of June so we went ahead and… had it done before then. The service department got in in and out in just a few hours. Tina kept us up to date on pricing and time frame. Since we purchased the Suburban at Duncan, there was no charge on the service. The people there are amazing - we will defiantly purchase our next vehicle there too. I highly recommend them. Thank you.Seevice

These three items were the most important on our shopping list. The only problem that has… required service was the light in the left outside mirror. A great vehicle that we are sorry to see go out of production.
