    Service reps were attentive and thorough. Repair and scheduled maintenance were prompt. $110 for diagnostic regarding the lack of sound effect from the key fob was excessive for a car still under warranty

    I liked the down to earth feel of the people. All the people were polite. No pressure to buy. They didn't try to show us other vehicles, and made sure we were qualified for the one we wanted BEFORE we got there. The salesman Wes was very helpful, and was nice to get a picture of us in front of our new truck. He went above and beyond to satisfy us. Phil the financial manager was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions with friendly professionalism. They made us feel right at home at Mechanicsville Toyota. We had almost an hour to test drive the vehicle and look it over. Best car buying experience ever. I will be a repeat customer in the future.

    Great experience... Sale went smoothly and was even pleasant. I had done a lot of investigation on pricing and they beat it... The best I can say about any car dealer is that they treat you with respect . They do not try to oversell and work with the buyer to determine the features that bestsellers meet the buyer's needs.... I had to return a week after purchasing a Highlander to have some options installed. (remote start and running boards) Service gave the same great service as sales. They provided an immaculate loaner car and fully explained what was being done. I have been a Toyota owner from the Celica/Corona days and this was my best experience....

    Was able to schedule a last minute appointment as I have several times before- this dealership has always strived to be accommodating!!! Fair pricing; decent coupons! But the lounge is lacking in courtesies compared to some other dealerships (vending machines and a brew coffee pot where others provide FREE snacks and a Keurig!!)

    Car was ready in the time promised, which turned out to be a little less than 2 hours. Waiting area very nice. There are separate rooms to watch a movie & a kids play room. Also there are chairs off to the side which is more private for making phone calls or catching up on paperwork. Lastly there are computer desks if you need to work or play while waiting. Good job!
