onWas able to schedule a last minute appointment as I have several times before- this dealership has always strived to be accommodating!!! Fair pricing; decent coupons! But the lounge is lacking in courtesies compared to some other dealerships (vending machines and a brew coffee pot where others provide FREE snacks and a Keurig!!)
