With both cars I purchased added service plan and up until this past Saturday had been happy with the service I get at Auto Nation. We had both cars in for… service that day. Mine was the 2019 and my wife's was the Camry. Mine was completed and when I left my wife said she need some fluids replaced and it would be $400. I said ok and drove home. When I got home I learned she was charged $1,600 for some "additional" services. We purchased the Premium service package from $2,900 at time of purchase. When I called and talked to Mo he said the plan only covers oil changes. $2,900 for oil changes? The optional services included a new hybrid filter for $400 because it was dirty. I looked that up online and the filter costs $25 and takes 10 minutes to change. $400???? I am angry that the premium plan I purchased did not cover any of the additional services. I am also angry that the deal sold my wife a bunch of services they were not necessarily needed and too advantage of her. I will never buy a car here again and I will be looking hard to find a better place to service both cars since the platinum plan only covers oil changes. Very disappointed.Leesburg Toyota

Because of that I have always returned for all service needs.… Chris my service advisor is always friendly and keeps me informed as to the status of my truck. In my opinion he goes the extra mile to ensure that repairs are done right the first time.Very poor rude service it is shocking
by Syed Murshed on 04/30/2025I recently had a disappointing experience at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg yesterday at 10am. I had a service appointment to get some warranty work done on my vehicle. As a repeat customer, I was surprised by the poor service I received from… Moe Merghane, a service advisor. He was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. The situation escalated, with him yelling and refusing to calm down, even after I asked him to stop discussing the issue since I was being passed to another advisor, Cameron. I was disturbed by his behavior, not only towards me but also towards another customer. His actions reflected poorly on the dealership and its customer service standards. I'm concerned that this type of behavior may deter others from visiting the dealership. I hope that the management will take necessary actions to address this issue and ensure that customers receive the respect and service they deserve. Didn’t honor a valid coupon.

I had a valid coupon that should have been accepted for my Lexus, as the exclusions only applied to diesel and specialty vehicles. However, the… service advisor didn’t honor it and charged me the full amount. Unfortunately, I didn’t push back or speak to a manager because I was in a rush. Do Not Go To AutoNation Leesburg
by Leesburg on 05/09/2024This is not a dealer... this is [non-permissible content removed]! AN Leesburg Service department is terrible or worst you can imagine. They will ripped you. They ripped me. My car was in good condition and due to their fault my engine oil… filter was leaking and they asked me to replace sub pan cost over $5K. I went to another mechanic and there was no problem. They also ripped me in another case. I finally learned a big lesson. please do not take your car to this dealer or don't even buy car with them. I wish their business will dry soon! Just really poor customer service every time I have to visit

Twice now I have had complimentary service done and when I go to… check out they try to charge me. Then I have to go back and find the service agent and have it fixed. Extremely Long Wait for Simple Oil Change

I can understand moving the seat forward/back for those shorter/taller than me, but was it necessary to change every single… seat setting, the climate control settings, and the radio controls for an oil change?! Department has slipped since Covid

Car had 102,000 miles. Upselling! impossilbe to get anyone in… service on the phone. Expect customer to do everything on-line with no discussion. Very poor service. Long waits. Inefficient

A 7 o’clock appointment and out by 10 o’clock for an oil. Change is unacceptable… when showing up there are long lines and very few people moving cars checking them in Had to wait 20 minutes after my car was completed just so that the paperwork could be done.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
