Amazing service experience!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting AutoNation Toyota Leesburg for service, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service provided was top-notch, exceeding my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. Just really poor customer service every time I have to visit

The actual service seems to be okay (hard to mess up an oil change, but they did overfill it last time and it leaked on my garage floor), but the customer service is poor. Twice now I have had complimentary service done and when I go to check out they try to charge me. Then I have to go back and find the service agent and have it fixed. It makes me wonder how many people pay for service that should be free.

Extremely Long Wait for Simple Oil Change

A simple oil change took 3 hours, even though I had an appointment, and every driver's seat setting was altered. I can understand moving the seat forward/back for those shorter/taller than me, but was it necessary to change every single seat setting, the climate control settings, and the radio controls for an oil change?! Frankly, I can't understand how any of that needed adjusted to move the car a couple hundred feet.

Department has slipped since Covid

Lexus RX 350. Routine oil change. Recommnded coolant flush. Manual agrees with 102,000 mile need. Recommended spark plug change for $1000 +. Not recommended until 120,000. Car had 102,000 miles. Upselling! impossilbe to get anyone in service on the phone. Expect customer to do everything on-line with no discussion. After 7.5 years of using them, will look for another service center for my Lexus RX350.

Very poor service. Long waits. Inefficient

The place is run very inefficiently. I’ve been going there for years with no issues until more recently. The quality of service has significantly declined. A 7 o’clock appointment and out by 10 o’clock for an oil. Change is unacceptable when showing up there are long lines and very few people moving cars checking them in Had to wait 20 minutes after my car was completed just so that the paperwork could be done.

2022 Rav 4

Everything was quick and efficient. However, I mentioned 3 times that my wheel covers had this grease on the them. I wanted it removed and to see if there was a problem somewhere. They did nothing and it is all still there. Also, all my settings were changed and I don’t know how to get them back. I always forget to check it before I leave. I have to try and find them now.

Spent 4 hours @ this dealership only to be told there was no parts for recall. Instead I was advised abt brakes and tires replacement after a year. Unbelievable

Multi-point Inspection

Kristen Lewis Smith made this visit extremely pleasant. First she stepped up to fill in for the co-worker I had my appointment with who had to leave for a family emergency, She was very patient with me in listening to why I was there (the notes only said "Headlights" even though I had had a 6 min conversation w/the person that made my reservation. I was there ahead of my 1/16/24 and mileage maintenance. She reached out to Bryan the manager to speak with me (He is just lovely - no other words come to mind). The consumate calm, polite professional.

It isnt fixed yet, but gave service the unexpected

Blew my interior lights. They didn't have the part but got it the next day and partially fixed the problem. There is another electronic part missing and returning next week. Personnel (cameron) was great keeping me apprised. Word of warning. DO NOT change interior lightbulbs. Yourube is WRONG!!!!

I was going to wait since I had an appointment but was told 2.5 hrs so I left it. They called and texted when it was ready about 2 hrs, job done okay. $99 on web it was 79 not a deal breaker. Seems organized neat and well staffed

Great service and timeliness

I was solicited by Autonation with an offer of oil/filter change and tire rotation for 50% off. I went there at the appointed time. The staff were very polite and helpful. I was told that the car would be ready in an hour and half and it was! They even washed the car and performed a state inspection that i was late on. This was a very pleasant experience compared to the last time I had them do an oil/filter change. At that time, it took them almost 3 hours.
