Didn’t honor a valid coupon.

onBeware ! Make sure you confirm the details of coupons posted on website or sent you in email. I had a valid coupon that should have been accepted for my Lexus, as the exclusions only applied to diesel and specialty vehicles. However, the service advisor didn’t honor it and charged me the full amount. Unfortunately, I didn’t push back or speak to a manager because I was in a rush. Note: The service quality at this dealership has been good. No complaints there.
