Dealership Service Review
I recently had a disappointing experience at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg yesterday at 10am. I had a service appointment to get some warranty work done on my vehicle. As a repeat customer, I was surprised by the poor service I received from Moe Merghane, a service advisor. He was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. The situation escalated, with him yelling and refusing to calm down, even after I asked him to stop discussing the issue since I was being passed to another advisor, Cameron. I was disturbed by his behavior, not only towards me but also towards another customer. His actions reflected poorly on the dealership and its customer service standards. I'm concerned that this type of behavior may deter others from visiting the dealership. I hope that the management will take necessary actions to address this issue and ensure that customers receive the respect and service they deserve. Service department is managed very poorly, service manager stepping in however, I will not recommend any friend or family go to Leesburg autoNation Toyota
