They communicate very well during the diagnostics and provide a couple of ways to communicate with the CSR. The waiting room is comfortable and spacious. A video was provided as well as the work was done. The staff provided a ride to get errands done… while waiting, and they were courteous in every respect. Got me in and out quickly
