Recall notice dealer repair

onThere was confusion about what could be accomplished by the service technician because the replacement battery from another dealer two years ago was the wrong dimension. Rather than take care of it under the waranty/recall, they provided a new battery tray and said come back when your existing battery needs to be replaced and we can install the new tray. I will be meeting with the Service Manager when he returns from vacation next week.
