    What a gem! A superior selection of cars with great pricing and low miles. David Bencomo was a patient, helpful and wonderful salesperson who truly wanted to get everything right. Simply wonderful to deal with David, Shak and all the others at the dealership. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our cars. High marks on all counts!

    Let me start by saying this was my BEST and QUICKEST headache free car purchase I have ever done!!! I came in on a Saturday looking for a Lexus LS460. I've seen a few of the ones they had online and decided to stop by and check them out in person. Upon arrival at the dealership, I noticed how many cars they actually had on the lot. Their lot is HUGE! It's amazing how they keep the cars organized with a big inventory. I was greeted by AJ and he found the car I wanted to look at and pulled it up front pretty quick. Went for a test drive and was ready to make my purchase. The vehicle was in immaculate condition and I felt like I was literally about to purchase a brand new car for A LOT cheaper. They have very good prices. The process was so smooth, quick, and easy that I didn't even notice that I still had an entire Saturday ahead of me. Their entire staff was very polite, professional, and well managed. I have already told some friends who are in search of a new car to come visit Alpha Motorsports!!! Definitely will be seeing you guys soon for another purchase!

    The transaction was smooth and without pressure. I did my homework before heading there, knew what I wanted and the price. Fully prepared to withstand the usual "game/pranks" of car salesmen and finance managers. Turned out none of that was in display at Alpha Motorsports. These are friendly and service oriented people who value integrity than profit. David Bencomo the sales guy I worked with was accommodating, Shawn C in finance went over and beyond to get me a very good rate, and Shak Hashimi really showed that doing the right things for customers is a core value for Alpha Motorsports. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I have been recommending them to friends.

    Joe is an outstanding salesman. We have been to CarMax and Sheehy Ford dealerships. They don't come close to the outstanding services we have received at Alpha Motors Sports thanks to Joe Biles. He guided us with his knowledge of the cars we were interested in. He knew them all in detail. He gave us freedom to experience the cars without any pressure. He allowed us ride alone, which made it easier for us to talk and make a decision. We liked that and found Joe to be professional and a kind person to do conduct business with. We have since recommended this dealership to others and specifically to see Joe. We won't look anywhere else for our next car as long as Joe is still there.

    Joe Biles is top notch! Smart, professional, and honest. He was quick to contact me by email from my on-line inquiry, responsive when I called back, and very helpful on the phone. When I arrived, he was hard at work away from his desk, but I waited less than two minutes for him. He got the car ready for a test drive in minutes and was surprisingly knowledgeable about the specific vehicle, despite the size of Alpha's inventory. He worked to get me the best trade-in value for my car, without me even asking, and was so open to negotiation that I almost felt like I was getting him in trouble with his manager. He asked me multiple times "what can I do to get your business?" and he meant it. Overall fantastic experience! I am ecstatic to already know who I'll buy my next car from: Joe Biles.

    My wife and I loved our car buying experience at the Manassas location for our recent purchase of a Cadillac ATS. They did not pressure us and the price was very fair. The salesman/finance manager Max was friendly and courteous. We have felt like second-class citizens at the big automaker dealers where they only seemed to care until you signed the paperwork. That was not the case at Alpha - they even washed the car for us after the deal was over. If you are on the fence about looking at a car at Alpha Motorsports, go take a look, you will not regret it.

    Knowledgeable, accommodating, honest, hardworking respectful staff! AK and Max replied to all of my inquiries within minutes via e-mail and made the purchasing transaction a seamless, painless, and enjoyable experience. They had the car I wanted, answered all of my questions, provided me with CarFax reports without hesitation and never made me feel uneasy during the process. I'd go again with Alpha Motorsports to purchase my next car!

    They deserved A+ All the way, very happy with my purchase and the entire transaction. I always dealt with Franchise dealerships in the past but hey, I saved almost $5K, received better service with Alpha Motorsports. I wish I could have afford one of the Lambo or Ferrari they were selling, one day, hopefully.

    Buying a vehicle has become a game for some new and used car dealerships. Not at Alpha Motorsports, they are very honest, caring, and professional. I was able to locate a very unique BMW X5 online at this dealership. The information provided online was very detailed with lots of pictures. I was interested in purchasing the vehicle at their advertised great price. Unfortunately, I was 840 miles away in Florida. Not knowing anyone at the dealership, I placed the phone call and spoke to salesman AJ Sarwari. Mr. AJ was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He answered all my questions and provided me a free Carfax on the vehicle. Everything they knew about the vehicle was disclosed to me. Mr. AJ made me feel comfortable making such a big purchase from far away. I explained to him my budget on this deal and within a few minutes, Mr. AJ made the deal happen. It was an honor and a pleasure to deal with him. Mr. AJ walked me through the entire auto purchase process. There were no games, everything was done very professionally online. Mr. AJ was always available for my phone calls or text messages. He kept me informed during every step. Alpha Motorsports hired a transport company to transport the vehicle to Florida under my tight time line. At no point was I told "no." Mr. AJ made sure everything was done exactly as it was promised. A few days later in Florida, I received my beautiful and prestigious 2013 BMW X5. As Mr. AJ had informed me, the vehicle had ben reconditioned, detailed, and prepared for delivery. It was in like new showroom condition. The pictures online did not do the vehicle or the dealership justice. Needless to say, I was very impressed! Words alone cannot describe how thankful and appreciative I am of Mr. AJ and the staff at Alpha Motorsports. They have earned a customer for life! It's nice to know that in todays world of buying vehicles, there are still auto dealerships that do not play games and are very professional. Alpha Motorsports has earned a customer for life! I am already looking forward to my next auto purchase from them. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. AJ! Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

    We recently drove 4.5 hours one-way (total of 12 hours round-trip) to purchase a low mileage 2012 BMW. When we got in the car to test drive it, the tire pressure light was on. I pointed it out to the salesperson and we were assured that it just needed to be reset. We purchased the car on the assurance that the problem had been corrected. The light never went off and a "tire pressure monitor malfunction" message kept appearing. After one week of trying to get the problem to resolve itself, we took it to the Sears in our hometown that we have dealt with for all of our vehicles and found that all four of the tire pressure monitors were bad and needed to be replaced at a cost of $218.00. I contacted the dealership about another issue we were given a "We Owe" for and told them about the problem with the TPMS. While they are reimbursing us for the other problem, they are telling me that they will not help with reimbursement for the TPMS work despite the assurance of the salesperson that it would be OK after we drove it for awhile. Like some other reviewers on their Facebook page, I would suggest that you be wary of promises or assurances made by this dealership. We love the car, but will go elsewhere in the future to buy vehicles. In addition, I have told all of my friends in the Fredericksburg area to be wary of doing business with this company unless they have the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected prior to making a deal.
  • Very DISAPPOINTED - WORST dealership EVER

    Worst dealership!! AJ was a nice guy but that is about as far as any good goes. Sold us a complete lemon and although we expressed all of the major mechanical issues almost immediately after purchasing this vehicle, they had no concern and no cooperation. We have owned the vehicle 2 months and have had to put about $1000 into it, which is our cost after the warranty company paid their portion. We expressed how we have not even been able to drive the vehicle due to it being in the shop and that we would like to return the vehicle and buy something else. Shak informed me that he lost money on the deal because with the amount they paid at the auction and the transportation fees they sold it to me for less than what they paid for it but that he would give me kbb value trade in for the vehicle and offer me another vehicle for sale. Like I would actually do business with them again. He wanted to offer between $10,000-$11,000 for a vehicle he sold to me for $18,000 two months ago that has been in the shop for 6 of the 8 weeks it has been in my possession. They do NOT care at all about their customers nor do they care at all about the quality of the vehicle they sell. They have an onsite mechanic which must just be for show as clearly these vehicles do not get tested. He was extremely rude, raised his voice and spoke down to me as if I was an idiot. He even called and spoke with the garage, which is the garage that their warranty company stated we should take it too, to get confirmation that the vehicle had been in the shop and the extensive work that has been done yet he still had zero desire to do anything to help his customer. So this is they type of place that our USAA members are directed too, what kind of "giving back" product services is this for our men and women that serve this country so that these [non-permissible content removed] can swoop in here "freely" and rip people off!! I am absolutely beside myself and will do all that I can to help save another person the dreadful disaster of doing business with Alpha Motorsports!!

    I was in the market for an Audi A4 and saw that Alpha had one with the features I wanted and in the price range I was looking to spend. AJ Sarwari was an outstanding salesman in my purchase. I came in late after work and AJ waited for me. This was at 8:45 pm. He was very patient allowing me plenty of time to look at the car, test drive and talk numbers. He even pulled the car into one of there buildings so I could get a better look at the car since it was dark outside. Shawn the finance manager was also patient and not pushy since it was late at night. I didnt expect to get the car detailed at that time either. They raised the bar in customer service and professionalism from my experience. I am definitely coming back in the future for an upgrade. Thank you Alpha.

    Hands down the best car buying experience. I read their reviews online and there were a few bad ones so once I called them I found out they were selling around 150 car every month and they were in business for more than 8 years, so I did some simple math and from 14,400 customer they had around 20-30 unhappy customer and believe me as a business owner myself I know that happy customer will never take the time to submit a review but unhappy customer will flood the internet with bad reviews and it is not possible to keep every customer happy, it is just not, believe me. well back to my experience, I just can't come up with anything beside business at it is finest, great crew, great price, awesome interest rate, super clean vehicle and I am extremely happy, next time I will close my eyes and buy from Alpha Motorsports again. Thanks Jason, Thanks Shak for providing me the best car buying experience and thanks for waiting till 10pm to get the deal done before Thanksgiving.

    I live in Arlington, Va and I drove to Alpha Motorsports after seeing the kind of inventory they have online. I was in the market for a BMW X5 and David my salesman was flawless. He put a whole new meaning to customer satisfaction. Alpha gave me a very close trade in amount I wanted for my car so that allowed me to hardly not take any negative equity towards my newer purchase. I couldnt believe they beat my APR from USAA bank. They must have some srious connects at their banks. I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend everyone go check out Alpha before they go anywhere else. Thank you Alpha for a great experience.

    I have been there to look at the 2014 Lexus RX350, however the car was nice but I didn't like the interior. I left some deposit with them and within one week they found the exact and perfect car that I was looking for. Thank you Alpha Motorsports

    I would really recommend Alpha Motorsports to buy a car from. I drove all they way from PA to buy the 2014 Lexus ES350 from here. I found the car 100% as described on the web. Jason made the process smooth and easy he is very friendly salesman I have ever meet :) In the future if I buy a car or if any of my friends ask me I would definitely recommend Alpha Motorsports.

    First off I just want to say that Jason is awesome. Alpha has a very nice selection of vehicles and I could not believe the prices on them either. I came in to look at a used BMW 3 series and it was immaculate for a 2013. Jason made the whole car buying experience exciting and not stressful compared to going to the manufacturers dealerships. I look forward to coming back in a couple years to upgrade to a new model. Thanks Jason and Alpha Motorsports.

    I bought a car from this dealership back in Aug. 2016. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200. When they gave me the car they weren't even sure it was financed. And they gave me a key that did not match the car. The alarm would go off every time i entered the car. They promised me a remote key with the key fab and it is written in my contract but to date 11/28/2016 i still have not received the key or the money to purchase the key. The car has been paid off and they still have not honored their own contract. I have reached out to them several times and keep being told the check is in the mail. It has been in the mail for the last month. This is not good business or customer service. and on top of that i had to buy 4 brand new tires the month i bought the car because they were bad, get an alignment, replace the sway bar links, gas cap, and do something with the gas tank, cant remember what it is called. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD BUSINESS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES.

    We found the perfect car, my husband flew out to Virginia - from Indiana to buy it. When he got there the A/C didn't work, neither did the heated drivers seat (which we asked over the phone about, cause I am dsiabled and NEED the heated seats to work, we were assured EVERYTHING was in working order), the rear passenger window, the sun roofs - both covers. They looked at it on site and assured us the A/C was fixed and that they would fix the heated seat. My husband drove it home. Then the oil sensor started dinging and the check engine light came on - so we took it into our local dealership's service department. $1400 later we thought it was fixed, Alpha sent us a check for $500 - which we thought was great. We were still waiting on the fix for the heated seat. Then the A/C stopped working. We found out the evaporator in the dash was bad - anther $1400 into the car. We were in CONSTANT contact with Alpha, they suggested we exchange for another car on their lot. We didn't want to do that so a month or two went by. During which our daughter had brain surgery, so we had our plates full. One day while driving to the Childrens Hospital we realized the car was leaking power steering fluid. We took it into the dealership locally and found out it's an $1800 repair. We contacted Alpha to go ahead with the exchange and they said they would only give us $14000 for the car we just bought for $18750 in May. SERIOUSLY. Yes we put about 4k miles on it since May - we had to drive it back to Indiana, so that's the bulk. So here we are STUCK with a vehicle that we have already sunk $2300 into and now it needs another $1800, and the heated seat still doesn't work. So we are screwed. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They DO NOT care, they don't fix them, they put band aids on them and say you bought it AS IS. [non permissible content removed]
