by Ems2193 on 10/18/2016On 10/15/2016 i came to alpha motorsports to purchase a truck listed on cars.com for $10,900. I talked to Ahmad during the week prior to coming and had asked if the truck had headstuds and egr delete some since these were known to blow… headgaskets and fail emissions without the egr deleted. He confirmed that work was done. I show up that Saturday and greeted by some rude saleman named Joe when i asked where the truck was so i could look at it but he told me his customer was on a test drive with it and was going to buy it. Finally i was able to look at the truck and was told by Ahmad not to pop the hood since his manager didnt want me looking at it in the lot. I had no where to examine the engine bay. Went on a short test drive in traffic. I come back and they arw ready to throw me in the finance office because i told them i had a cash down payment. The finance guy was rude as well and didn't understand what i was telling him. I get the paperwork done and the truck came out to way more than it was supposed to but figured since my credit was not the best and needed a truck for work. Before i left i talked to the mechanic who went over the truck and he told me a bunch of crap that the headstuds and egr work was done as well. As i am coming home the rear brakes failed on the highway making it very difficult to stop. I get home and look at the engine bay to see nome od that work was done and they had lied to me. The truck is pouring coolant out the resevoir (sign of blown headgaskets) as well. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone and all they say is we're working on something when i do get in touch after all the calls ive had to give them. Owner is no where to be heard from either. I want my money back and you can come get this unsafe truck you slapped an inspection sticker on. This is not what i paid for and they tried to claim the salesman Joe who I never dealt with told me it was not bulletproofed with the engine work like Ahmad told me was done which i had known I would've walked away and never done business. Very shady dealership.A bunch of fake reviews - here is a real one!
by dcncristi on 09/15/2016Before you go in there, read this first, as it will open your eyes about this dealership. I went in there first time to test drive a low mileage 2013 Elantra. Not even half a mile on the test drive, it started to smoke really really… bad. This being a push back, I left and came back 2 weeks later, to test drive a low mileage 2013 Jetta. Before I step in, I see some color differentiation on the fender. AJ, the sales guy, told me the fender was not repainted and I am wrong. [non-permissible content removed] It's not my first car and I can see it with the naked eye and he was lying me in my face. Then, on the same car I see a dent on the door, that he was trying again to cover up with a [non-permissible content removed] story... Anyway, I find another car with an accident on it (like all of them), and I kind of like it. Then Shawn was pushing me to send the application to the bank and never wanted to tell me what is the total cost for me, including all the taxes and fees, so I can see what we are talking about. He is using some shady selling techniques, like making you feel bad and feel helpless, as he is the only guy that can help you out. When I finally get the paper with all the numbers, I see that he added $2000 in fees. YES, $2000 in fees, even though they advertise themselves as a no hiding fee dealership. Again, he was pushing it really hard, but I guess there was no luck for my Indian friend Shawn this time. By the way, if you wonder who open the complaint with BBB, it was me! Don't fall for this dealership. Even though the prices seem lower, they are shady and are using some deplorable selling techniques.A++++
by KumboKumbo on 04/09/2016Hands down the best and honest used car dealership, They made me sign As-is forms, I understand they have to legally cover them self, but this is the 3rd time in 6 months they fixed small issues free of charge, window regulator, tire… pressure sensors and I hit a pot hole and damaged my wheel and they fixed it for free, they even knew that I hit a pot hole and I thought I will get charged for the wheel but they simply told me to, dont worry, we got you covered.Not a long wait and great service

They really took care of me, despite the fact that I had to wait about a week… for my car to be repaired, I am still satisfied with the way I was treated. by johnson38 on 02/27/2016I made four or five trips to Alpha Motorsports before purchasing anything. They have a really good selection but not exactly what I was looking for. On one of my visits the manager asked me what exactly I was looking for (since they had… seen me so many times). I gave them my list of requirements since I am so picky, and about two weeks later the manager and my salesperson, Ahmad, called me with great news. They literally went and go the exact car I wanted. I was quiet shocked. I didn't even think they even remembered me (like some of the other used car dealerships I had visited). I finally went in to take a look at the car. I was looking for a white BMW 3-series with tan interior, and not more than 40,000 to 50,000 mileage on the car, which is pretty hard to find these days. Alpha Motorsports found that exact car and specifically purchased it for their inventory for me! They definitely made me feel very special, and I absolutely love my car. Definitely will come back here in a year or two for another upgrade!Problem taken care of

First they waited to pay the trade in off until it was about to go on my credit report it took me calling multiple times before it was done. I was told there was nothing wrong with the… vehicle. My wife and i took it for a ride and liked it so we did all the paper work.We walked out with our kids got in the vehicle went to leave pulled out of the parking lot and the service all wheel drive light came on so i turned around and Ahmad said don't worry we will fix it we take care of our customers. WRONG they asked us to drop it off to let radley take a look at it. This is our only vehicle and we have 3 kids.Ahmad said it will be ready tomorrow.WRONG 11days later and multiple phone calls finally talked to a manager Shak. Shak said we will put a new sensor in and the wiring harness that controls it. Ok so i thought it would fix it.WRONG then Shak said it needs a rear differential and that is going to cost you $800. I'm a working man that doesn't have that kind of money set a side for a vehicle i just purchased from them.Shak said we are not making enough money to cover that your trade in needed work as well.They test drove the trade in as well I guess its all about money not customer service . I am very unhappy with the whole experience. Now i have an all wheel drive that is only front wheel drive and has the service light on.The reason i picked this vehicle was because it was all wheel drive.AGAIN THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A DEALER AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTEDAmazing Service

by FreshWilkins on 01/02/2016I wanted to surprise my husband with a new car on Christmas, I found a 2008 Impreza sti and since almost all the mechanic shops were closed or booked due to holidays, I couldn't do a a pre-sale inspection but I wanted to buy the vehicle… before Christmas as a gift. I spoke with the manager, Shak, and he told me that Alpha Motorsports cares about their customer(s) and for any reason if I decided return the vehicle I can by December 31st, well, the vehicle was all good after my mechanic checked it out and I can't be more happier with the deal I got and the way I was treated at Alpha Motorsports.Professional Outfit
