Every aspect of the purchase was smooth and easy. The car we wanted to see was parked out front prior to… our arrival and they trusted us to take the test drive on our own. Remarkable experience and want to give extra special recognition to AJ (our deal closer) and John from finance. If you’re looking for a wonderful car-buying experience, you have to stop by Alpha Motorsports.Awesome place for sure.

I thought their cars are rough because of their prices but once I went there it was the opposite. They rely on volume more… than making a lot of profit on one vehicle. When I called and talked with George, he knew what I was looking for and… helped me to process this transaction without any difficulty. Also, after explaining my moving soon to another state, they helped with how I should move forward. Thanks again!Poor customer service
by M.Sav on 11/01/2019Poor customer service overall. I purchased a vehicle from Alpha Motor Sports, Manassas on 9/26/19 and I traded in my old vehicle. It took them over 3 weeks to mail me the check for my trade-in. It is 2019 and it boggles my mind why the… check for my trade-in couldn't have been given to me onsite directly, sent over night or by priority mail. Having to wait 3 weeks to get the money for the car I just sold to you is ridiculous. Prior to making the purchase of the vehicle I decided to get, I pointed out some concerns I had. ONE, the navigation SD card was missing which essentially makes the navigation system useless. TWO, the rear A/C vent unit was broken. THREE, the second key was missing. The sales person who I worked with and he assured me that all three items would be replaced and mailed to me by 10/20/19. It is now 10/31/19 and I still have not received the navigation SD card or the rear A/C vent unit. A second key was mailed to me, but they key does not work at all. I have reached out to them via email with these concerns...but no response.This place sucks big time
by SuzanneParker on 09/23/2019I purchased a car from them on Memorial Day weekend. Their ad specified that I would receive a refund of my first payment for my car. I have never received the refund. On top of that, I was overcharged for the registration , which was… part of my financing, for the state of Pennsylvania. I was initially told tat if needed they would provide me with new tires on the car. I was told that since the car passed inspection, that I did not need new tires, but I have been told by my mechanic in PA that the tires are bad. This car has been in the shop, more than it has been on the road. To top it off, they do not return phone calls. By all means stay away!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE BY JASON
by ES on 08/25/2019I was very disappointed by Jason's service towards me, he was very rude over the phone, he kept on keeping me on hold and would not return my calls. In addition to this, i made a down payment of $1000 towards a vehicle which i later changed… my mind about purchasing due to his tone over the phone and requested for a refund on my money but he rudely said "NO! i'm not giving you back your money". I kept on calling several times to request for my refund and still kept on saying "NO! I cannot give you back your money bro" This hurt me so bad but decided to let it go. NEVER EVER GOING TO RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALER.Went above and beyond with an out of state vehicle purchase!

I communicated with a salesman named Mark over the next few days and he went above and beyond during the buying… process. He took a video of the exterior and interior with his phone and sent it to me because I was purchasing online from out of state. The car was a little lived in with crayon markings on seats, but it was still a great deal on the vehicle and low miles. The customer service I received from Mark and his team throughout the process was wonderful and I would recommend purchasing from them to friends/family.Amazing service

by Tim on 05/22/2019updated 05/29/2019Purchased a Mercedes from AJ at Alpha. The purchase was smooth as it is a car dealership and that should be there main job. Now for the Pluses: Car was exactly what I wanted (not necessarily their fault). Had no spare tire with car but… Alpha was able to find and send me one at no charge. I am 600+ miles from dealership and the car was delivered with a slight shipping charge (charge about $1.50/ mile when add stated between $.40 and $.60 per mile this may be due to the extensive distance they traveled to get here). Was a good price although partly due to previous accident. Now for Cons: Nickel and dime on charges of vehicle. Poor communication when delivering vehicle (they arranged the carrier, their responsibility). Had to replace the two front tires as they shouldn't have passed inspection although it came with new inspection. Had to wet sand the car as a paint job had been performed on the car "poorly at best" and the clear coat was soft. Over all would have purchase the car but may have negotiated for a lower price. Note that AJ no longer works of Alpha and had to go through a different salesperson to get the spare sent.Found Better than we were looking for!!!

This precious man went above and beyond to help meet all our needs & requests!… We highly recommend Alpha Motorsports and especially Arman! Give them and Arman a try! Upon arriving the next day we were met by David. He was very polite and immediately retrieved the… truck for us to test drive. David to care of us taking an hour and a half to process our purchase. I purchased a car from this dealership on 12/15/2018 and after two days I had MAJOR ISSUES. I contacted my sales person and then the finance manager. I was told to call the… General Manager and after weeks of given the run around I was told there was nothing that would be done. When purchasing the car I also listened to my sales man and purchased an extended warranty and after specifically asking if issues would be fixed on the vehicle prior to purchasing the car, I was later told that would not be the case and that the issues were mine to fix! This is very unfair to me as a consumer!Get outta here!!! Five stars my....

I purchased this car in September 2018 and it has been in the shop 7 times since I purchased it. They promised me two keys,… and only provided 1 key. After asking over and over for my key, they just decided to ignore me. This is why I'm writing this review. They would rather get a poor review from their customer, instead of keeping their word.No gas

George Arif is the man who helped me out and not only did he talk me through the car and its… history, the pros and cons, but when the time came, he helped me get a killer deal.
