Purchased a Mercedes from AJ at Alpha. The purchase was smooth as it is a car dealership and that should be there main job. Now for the Pluses: Car was exactly what I wanted (not necessarily their fault). Had no spare tire with car but Alpha was able to find and send me one at no charge. I am 600+ miles from dealership and the car was delivered with a slight shipping charge (charge about $1.50/ mile when add stated between $.40 and $.60 per mile this may be due to the extensive distance they traveled to get here). Was a good price although partly due to previous accident. Now for Cons: Nickel and dime on charges of vehicle. Poor communication when delivering vehicle (they arranged the carrier, their responsibility). Had to replace the two front tires as they shouldn't have passed inspection although it came with new inspection. Had to wet sand the car as a paint job had been performed on the car "poorly at best" and the clear coat was soft. Over all would have purchase the car but may have negotiated for a lower price. Note that AJ no longer works of Alpha and had to go through a different salesperson to get the spare sent.
