After my BMW was T-boned and totaled, we suddenly had to be in the market for a used car and were not terribly eager to… face that process. But—from our online request to test-drive a Mazda CX-30 that looked interesting to our finalizing of the financial details—we were struck by the professionalism and pleasantness of the Flow Mazda team. We especially appreciated Jenny’s knowledge of the cars and the buying process, her patience and helpfulness, and her friendliness. It was surprising and wonderful to be invited to test-drive without company (though she was so great that we are happy we invited her along) and to not face any hard selling. We highly recommend Jenny and this Flow Mazda office.Love the spicy Soul Red CX-50

by Antonio CX30 on 10/10/2023If you are going to shop in this store, look for Ray Jordan! He helped me with all info I needed. I am a picky buyer and would always ask for the best price/rate/deal. Ray knew that I am shopping from a number of different dealership and he… respected that. He always replies to my gazillions questions even though I did not guarantee that I will buy from him. No tricks and gimmicks from him, all facts and numbers and I like that. Because of that, when I saw a great deal from another Mazda store from a different state, I showed Ray if they can match that offer because I wanted to buy from Ray. He then worked with me and they were able to match it (they even got me an even better deal). This dealership did not have any other additional cost like market adjustment and stuff that is why I got the best deal here. Plus their lobby feels so luxurious. When you visit say for a test drive or just window shopping, make sure you go ahead and make yourself a warm French Vanilla drink.We appreciate your positive feedback! Get a new CX-5!

He explained everything so well that I decided to buy a Mazda. When I came back to purchase on the other… day, he had someone ready to help me even when he was put of town. Great Ending to a Bad Accident
by PKS on 07/22/2023Following a head on collision with a BIG deer that totaled my previous Mazda CX-5, went to Flow Mazda to look for a replacement car. The salesperson we met that day was Ray Jordan and are we ever glad to have made his acquaintance! I was… very specific as to the model I wanted - just like the one that got smashed. Ray was able to find one available in Charlottesville and held it so I could do a test drive. It is a great car with a lot of safety features that were also in the old one - features that kept us completely safe in the collision that smashed the entire front of the car, bent the driver door pillar and deployed the airbags. The only thing Ray couldn't provide was a red car - sad face! But, he tried very hard to find one for us and I give him a huge A-Plus for the effort. He explained the situation to the sales manager who kindly gave a discount because the car wasn't in a color we liked. I have already learned to like the new one! The key thing is that Ray took his time, never made us feel rushed or pressured and , when it was time to show us the changes between the old model and the new, took a long time to go over everything with us and helped us get all the communications set up. We are very happy with the new car and even happier with Ray Jordan and the Flow Automotive Group!We appreciate your positive feedback! Your satisfaction is essential to us.
