Flow Mazda of Charlottesville

Following a head on collision with a BIG deer that totaled my previous Mazda CX-5, went to Flow Mazda to look for a replacement car. The salesperson we met that day was Ray Jordan and are we ever glad to have made his acquaintance! I was very specific as to the model I wanted - just like the one that got smashed. Ray was able to find one available in Charlottesville and held it so I could do a test drive. It is a great car with a lot of safety features that were also in the old one - features that kept us completely safe in the collision that smashed the entire front of the car, bent the driver door pillar and deployed the airbags. The only thing Ray couldn't provide was a red car - sad face! But, he tried very hard to find one for us and I give him a huge A-Plus for the effort. He explained the situation to the sales manager who kindly gave a discount because the car wasn't in a color we liked. I have already learned to like the new one! The key thing is that Ray took his time, never made us feel rushed or pressured and , when it was time to show us the changes between the old model and the new, took a long time to go over everything with us and helped us get all the communications set up. We are very happy with the new car and even happier with Ray Jordan and the Flow Automotive Group!
