We could not be more pleased with the reception and help we received from Jenny Larew at Flow Mazda of Charlottesville! After my BMW was T-boned and totaled, we suddenly had to be in the market for a used car and were not terribly eager to face that process. But—from our online request to test-drive a Mazda CX-30 that looked interesting to our finalizing of the financial details—we were struck by the professionalism and pleasantness of the Flow Mazda team. We especially appreciated Jenny’s knowledge of the cars and the buying process, her patience and helpfulness, and her friendliness. It was surprising and wonderful to be invited to test-drive without company (though she was so great that we are happy we invited her along) and to not face any hard selling. We highly recommend Jenny and this Flow Mazda office.
