Flow Mazda is a car dealership where people car about you. Every visit that I have made to Flow… Mazda in the last 20 years has included seeing a familiar face, being treated like a valued customer and leaving with an understanding of what was done to my car. The culture at Flow Mazda has been very consistent. The experience of driving a Mazda has been 100% awesome. I value the relationships that I have had with the sales team at Mazda. The last two cars that I have purchased at Flow were sold to me by RAY JORDAN. He has a great talent for helping people with their car journey. He gives me advice with my best interests in mind. He remembers what is important to me. Ray Jordan is very knowledgeable about the new technology and the upcoming changes in the automobile industry. by Paul on 12/27/2022I just bought a fantastic car at Flow Mazda in Charlottesville VA. The process was amazingly stress free, and the reason was that I worked with Ray Jordan. I really think he was more concerned with making sure I was happy with my purchase… than trying to sell me on it. He had multiple opportunities to try to upsell me on cars they had on the lot and didn't. Having said that, if he wasn't sure what I wanted was right for me - I think he would have said so. I bought a used car (A Subaru at a Mazda dealership) and Ray clearly went out of his way to learn about the car I was buying in order to make sure it was right for me. When I bought the car he personally drove it out to my house to make the transaction more easy for me - clearly taking time out of a busy day. The next time I buy a car I will look for Ray at Flow Mazda and I will advise my friends to do the same thing!Paul, that is so amazing to hear! He is knowledgeable about all vehicle features and helped me determine which trim level was best for me. That car was not on the lot. However, Ray kept me informed,… and was able to get it in two weeks. All paperwork was completed in advance, so little time was spent at the dealership on the day of purchase. He is genuine, honest, and not pushy. The experience was hassle-free. I will be back.Trish, we could not be more excited to hear about your wonderful experience at our dealership. Ray Jordan & Flow Mazda - the gift that you didn't know existed - or needed
by Dave Simms on 11/25/2022Two words - Ray Jordan. Amazing and simple experience that I'd recommend to anyone. Purchasing a vehicle in 2022 is difficult. Change that. It's awful. So when one person stands out from the crowd and turns it into an enjoyable time, you… need to listen. I began my search over 6 months ago with a Honda Accord that hit over 300k miles. 16 years of one vehicles through three states. I needed an SUV but people told me I'd pay through the nose or sacrifice a small animal (kidding!) to get what I wanted. MOST dealerships in the state (yes, STATE - not just the town or region) offered me "deals" that were beneficial to only them. I won't mention them by name. By happenstance, I stopped into Flow and sat down with Ray. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and - relaxed. Nothing pushy. He asked what I wanted. Then offered me exactly that if I could be patient. After 306 thousand miles, I knew patience. Ray quoted me a price - and the exact color I wanted - for far less than the others. He even found me a deal on the higher trim - but didn't push it because he knew I was a teacher. I walked out of there smiling and made my decision when he texted me the next week stating my desired car would be in stock soon. Everybody else told me to settle and "that's the way the market is right now, so deal with it." Many outright lied. Some told me black was a premium color and forced issues on me. Only one person spoke the truth - and delivered. Besides, he's an amazing guy. In this crazy world right now, we don't need a crazy car buying experience. Flow Mazda is that unicorn. Ray Jordan - he's a treasure of a human being. Thank you - from me and my 2023 Crystal Blue CX-5.Dave, that is so amazing to hear! He knows well about the products he sells and he can explain the car features to me in a very detailed manner. Beyond that, he is a genuine salesperson. I was initially hesitant buying this particular car, as future sales were to be discontinued in the U.S. Ray assured me that… the vehicle was still being made, but would be sold outside the U.S. We took a test drive together (my request), and I really liked driving this smaller car. He explained the cars inner workings with detail and patience. He set up a future, after sale, appointment to go over this information again. Ray was attentive and courteous the whole time, and he and the staff there made the purchasing process easier than I had anticipated. He’d be a good person to ask for when you go to Flow Mazda.Thanks, Ray!

I reached out to him after calling the dealership and he… followed up on email with links to many options both local and from other affiliates. His level of attention was just right and we never felt overly pressured. Ray Jordan at Flow Mazda made the nerve-wracking process of car shopping easy and was able to find me exactly what I wanted during a time where new cars are practically non-existent. He was very attentive… to what I was looking for in a car and spent weeks looking for it. None of the other dealers put in the effort that he did or understood the cars they were selling the way Ray does- he knows the cars he sells inside and out and can answer any question. Start to finish . . . you will enjoy working with Ray. Knowledgeable, courteous, and… attentive to what you are doing. He recommended a car at his Charlottesville Flow dealership; I had read about one at the Greensboro, NC Flow dealership. Ray made this happen, something requiring a significant extra effort, but accomplished without a hitch, I've been purchasing cars for several decades, met a number of interesting and helpful salesman/woman. But, Ray is tops, listened to what I wanted, made it happen. A 100% positive experience. Let me add, I was tipped off before I met Ray by others who had shopped with him. Their recommendations with respect to Ray Jordan being an excellent person to work with at Flow Mazda were absolutely on target. His knowledge and easygoing manner really impressed me. He was extremely helpful and I could tell that he desired my… business. He told me that he had been at Flow for 8 years. As I would like someone that I could count on as an advocate that impressed me. It was good to know that I was speaking with someone who knew the product. Although he didn't know all the answers to all my questions off the top of his head he was very quick in getting answers to me. After researching and determining that Mazda was such a top rated car and speaking with him I decided to buy my CX - 5. After the sale he has been extremely helpful with getting me started in becoming comfortable in my new car. Ray Jordan was incredibly helpful, patient, and fair. I never once felt pressured to make a purchase… and Ray did a great job of helping me understand the different features available to me. Ray made this a completely stress-free experience. Financing was quick and low-pressure. I can't recommend Flow Mazda of Charlottesville enough.
