What a great experience
by 1SOPLEASED on 03/14/2016I searched for the BMW I was looking for on line, the search directed me to Select Auto Imports, I provided contact information and Marlon Balanos responded by phone, we chatted a number of times to negotiate the deal, I traveled… approximately 150 miles to deliver my trade in vehicle and to pick up the vehicle from Select Auto, I knew who Marlon was when I pulled onto the lot, the smile was never ending, we test drove the vehicle, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the conversation flowed, within 2 hours from my arrival we were shaking hands and I was traveling back home in my new BMW. All of the personnel at Select Auto were very kind, Marlon was exceptional !!! If in the market to make a future auto purchase I would definitely contact Marlon. I have mentioned to my family, friends and acquaintances the great service provided and the wonderful selection of automobiles at Select Auto Imports. I highly recommended to them if in the market for a vehicle definitely go with Marlon/Select Auto Imports.Outstanding Experience
by web4fun on 03/13/2016My wife and I visited Select Auto Imports interested in a plug-in hybrid vehicle. After test driving two of them, our Sales representative Ali asked all of the right questions and we decided to purchase a gas/hybrid BMW. Ali knew… everything about the vehicle and answered any/all questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the other vehicles we test drove as well but most definitely he KNEW BMW! Robert, Raymond, and Mary Beth all helped us feel very comfortable which is difficult considering the stress in purchasing a vehicle. Mike the owner was super as well in assisting with the bottom line. The ONLY thing I could have suggested was perhaps a refreshment a bit earlier in the process as we had spent several hours test driving vehicles and asking questions but we did wind up with some cappuccino at the end of the process...so really can't complain. We definitely would recommend Select Auto Imports and we most likely be purchasing our next vehicle here.Best Luxury Car Buying Experience

Raymond Webb is one of the best sales consultants I have ever had to assist me with car buying. Mr. Webb was very focused on what features I… needed in the vehicle and making sure I was satisfied. From start to finish Mr. Webb made my car search, selection and purchase the most incredible experience. Mr. Webb was very knowledgeable about the vehicle technical options and features and was willing to go above and beyond helping me make the right selection. Select Auto Imports does everything right. I even got better financing than my credit union. I would say it was a blessing to buy a luxury car from Select Auto Imports and having Raymond Webb as a sales consultant was heaven sent. Bottom line he is truly there for you!Great experience

I was greeted immediately and the buying process was very smooth. I was also surprised at the large selection of vehicles… available. Hassan Bouyboud was my Sales Consultant. He did not rush my test drive, went over the vehicles in detail, and he was able to answer all of my questions without having to check with anyone else. Their Finance Director, Deborah Debarr made the paperwork process very quick (and enjoyable)! Overall, I was very impressed with how this dealership conducts business. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. I visited a few Mercedes dealerships in the area and I felt like I was being "pushed" to get a vehicle even if… it wasn't what I wanted. Mr. Hassan focus was on what I wanted. He showed me the inventory and I made a selection. We had good conversations also and that helped to relax a me considering car shopping can create a little stress. Something caught my interest and I set up a time to come visit. This… was a Sunday morning by the way. When I arrived this guy Fred greeted me with the most humble friendly welcome that just took me off my feet! It was truly a wonderful car buying experience that I've never ever experienced! We have gone to several lots in the DC/Metro area as well as around our home… (we live 4 hours away in Danville, VA) only to NEVER have any dealership be as professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their very FINE vehicles. Fred, was the ABSOLUTE best salesperson I think we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was thorough, considerate, concise, funny and made us feel very much at ease. We had NO plans of buying a vehicle, we were just browsing. We knew what we wanted but didnt feel quite ready. That's where Robert came in. He immediately, without pushing, gave us specific details we needed to close the deal. He had great knowledge and offered doable suggestions. They made us feel like we were part of the family. Debbie, in the loan department got us a great deal. She was efficient and completed the process rather timely. This is my 2nd car purchase and will be looking forward to my next car from this deal. Mike the owner personally came out… and helped me with my purchase. The sales person was very helpful. by hanklevine on 04/15/2015We found Select Auto Imports through the internet -- they had the car we wanted (a low mileage Mercedes Benz C300) in the colors we wanted at an attractive price. I was a little nervous going to a firm that isn't an MB dealership.… Indeed, I'd never bought a car from anyone but a franchised dealership. I needn't have worried. Naser -- and everyone else we dealt with at SAI -- was professional, knowledgeable, and straight. The price was right. The paperwork was handled quickly, courteously and flawlessly. We were presented with upgrade options -- Lojack, an extended warranty -- but there was no pressure to buy them, which was unexpected and very pleasant. All in all, it was a smooth experience. My only caveat concerns the so-called processing fee. As we all know from dealing with airlines, banks, and phone companies, the easiest way to inflate prices without seeming to do so is by loading on extra fees/surcharges for checked bags, overdrafts, property tax recovery, etc. In the retail auto industry this takes the form of a processing fee, which in the DC area is usually $300. At Select Auto Imports it is $600, which erodes (but does not eliminate) the dealers otherwise excellent value proposition. I can't complain too loudly because I didn't push back very hard on this, but others coming to the dealership should be aware of it.Highest Professionals
