Hi! My name is Lori. Last weekend, my husband and I had the great pleasure of purchasing a S550 Benz from Select. First, allow me to say it was a holiday weekend. We have gone to several lots in the DC/Metro area as well as around our home (we live 4 hours away in Danville, VA) only to NEVER have any dealership be as professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their very FINE vehicles. Fred, was the ABSOLUTE best salesperson I think we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was thorough, considerate, concise, funny and made us feel very much at ease. We had NO plans of buying a vehicle, we were just browsing. We knew what we wanted but didnt feel quite ready. That's where Robert came in. He immediately, without pushing, gave us specific details we needed to close the deal. He had great knowledge and offered doable suggestions. They made us feel like we were part of the family. Debbie, in the loan department got us a great deal. She was efficient and completed the process rather timely. Brian, Sonia and the rest of the staff were friendly, offered their assistance and a great atmosphere.
