Mr. Hassan Bouyboud made my car shopping experience a positive one. I told him I wanted a ML and he focused on that...he listens. I visited a few Mercedes dealerships in the area and I felt like I was being "pushed" to get a vehicle even if it wasn't what I wanted. Mr. Hassan focus was on what I wanted. He showed me the inventory and I made a selection. We had good conversations also and that helped to relax a me considering car shopping can create a little stress.
