The Most Amazing Buying Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then one summer evening, my cousin dropped by with her new Mini Convertible, which she had purchased from Mini of… Alexandria via Motoring Advisor, Mike H. Her new car and her buying experience ignited the passion in me and we decided to schedule a visit. After all, these days we are empty nesters and we decided to use the principle "YOLO!" From the moment we walked in the door of the dealership, we were treated with respect and excellent customer service! Mike inquired about our wants, needs, price range, etc. and then showed us a number of vehicles to choose from and the inventory was plenty that weekend. We then test drove the vehicle of my dreams (Mini Roadster Convertible) and the drive was so much fun!!! I never knew how much fun driving could be!!! Mike was patient and he allowed us to discuss what we wanted to do without any pressure tactics! It was stress free!!! Once we decided on our car, he introduced us to the Business Manager, Andrew L.! He too, provided excellent customer service throughout the entire financing process. He was patient and listened to what terms we wanted, etc. The entire experience was so amazing that two months later we decided to purchase a new Mini for my husband!! Needless to say, we knew exactly where to go and the advisor we wanted to handle our next purchase!!! We not only are enjoying our new cars, but in the process have made new great friends!!! We highly recommend you request to speak to Mike H., Motoring Advisor, if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle!!! This was the most amazing purchasing experience!!!! BTW, my husband purchased the Mini Countryman, which Mike found for us based on our specifications!!! He's the best!!! Thanks Mike & Andrew (Andy)! We love you guys!!! by tnd2 on 09/08/2014I just had to take the time to write about the excellent car buying experience my wife and I had at Mini of Alexandria recently. We had been looking at the Mini for some years, but since I'm 6'4", and we have children and a dog the size… wasn't practical. My wife's cousin bought a mini convertible and we had to reevaluate. After all, now we have an empty nest and our dog passed after 16 years. It was time to downsize and start having fun. We ended up purchasing a mini for my wife and I was hooked, so I ended up purchasing one for myself. Mike H and Andy L provided the best car buying experience I've had in my lifetime. Mike worked hard to find the right vehicles for our needs and likes, and Andy worked out the financials so we were able to get all the options we wanted at a price we could afford. If you're looking for a Mini...you gotta check out Mini of Alexandria. You won't be disappointed.Provided us the car we were searching for
by roadtripnation on 09/03/2014Thanks to Passport Mini and especially Mike H for earning our trust by delivering on promises. My wife and I are both doing the busy professional lifestyle. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to take a test drive in a Countryman, and… see what used Countrymen might be available. We discussed what we were looking for with Mike. Mike set us up for a test drive in a generic Countryman, and when we returned, Mike had located a not-quite-new Countryman with features that made it an amazing match for the car we were hoping for. So he clearly had listened to us. It was nice to work with a salesman who worked hard to get us into the exact car we were looking for, instead of trying to convince us to buy a different/more expensive one. Furthermore, he promised to make a minor change to the car that we requested, and then helped us with paperwork at a lightning-fast pace so we could make it to a show that same afternoon. A couple of days later, when our lives were a little less rushed, Mike took the time to go over some details of the deal on the phone with me. Three days after that, we returned to pick up the Mini, and Mike had made the requested changes as promised. There is no way that an exchange involving multiple thousands of dollars can be completely stress-free. But given the stresses involved, the Passport Mini of Alexandria folks helped this sale go as smoothly as possible.More than just a new car; I made new friends!

Mike H treated me especially well, even after purchase any questions I had he was quick to return my calls or emails. Two days after I bought my Mini… my cousin was so impressed she and her husband went to Mike and he put them in a beautiful Mini Coupe. I love my new mini family, and I truly establish a relationship that will keep me coming back again and again. (Not that I'll be getting rid of my convertible any time soon!) I recommend Mike and the entire Mini of Alexandria team to anyone looking for a great car at a great price with ZERO hassle.Sales review
by FromTN on 08/31/2014Drove 7 hours to pick up my used MINI. Mike H was my salesman and he worked diligently with me for 3 days as I selected my car. He treated me and my friend to dinner as we waited our turn in the finance department. Customer Service like no… other! Mike even add Bonnett stripes at no cost to me. Although it was a long drive--I would make the trip again to work with Mike H and Passport Mini.Mini

by rbg2 on 08/05/2010This dealer is interested in selling cars. They reacted quickly to my inquiry and offered a reasonable price. The sale was concluded and I was ready to drive away in a day or so. They have a fairly large inventory so there's a pretty… good chance you can find something you like. The salesman was very helpful. I had a question after purchase about a seat modification and he took the time to call around and get me a contact. I recommend Passport MINIExcellent buying experience

Since opening less than a year ago, every experience I have had at Passport Mini has been positive, including our most… recent experience purchasing our new Mini. Our salesperson Andy Fortney was dedicated to working with us to create the perfect Mini, even though we changed our minds frequently and were very demanding. We were able to sit down and take the time to create the car of our dreams without feeling the least bit pressured. We got all the support we needed along the way and Andy and the service department worked tirelessly to help me personalize my Mini before I ever saw it. Everyone in the sales department from the managers to Jeanan the finance manager was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful and made us feel like we were the most important customers they had. Our experiences at Passport have restored my faith in Mini and I am certain that we will have many happy years to come!Bought my Mini elsewhere

We were able to secure it and they let me know the minute it arrived. Facility is clean and salesmen are knowledgeable, but… offered no deal on the car.
