Passport MINI of Alexandria

My previous Mini experience with a different dealership was so terrible I was certain I would never have another Mini. Since opening less than a year ago, every experience I have had at Passport Mini has been positive, including our most recent experience purchasing our new Mini. Our salesperson Andy Fortney was dedicated to working with us to create the perfect Mini, even though we changed our minds frequently and were very demanding. We were able to sit down and take the time to create the car of our dreams without feeling the least bit pressured. We got all the support we needed along the way and Andy and the service department worked tirelessly to help me personalize my Mini before I ever saw it. Everyone in the sales department from the managers to Jeanan the finance manager was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful and made us feel like we were the most important customers they had. Our experiences at Passport have restored my faith in Mini and I am certain that we will have many happy years to come!
