I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Handy Toyota. I worked with Adam Bentley on the sale. He is a very kind and knowledgeable salesman. Their whole sales team is rather experienced. I had two other gentlemen help me with questions and… the finance manager clearly explained the different warranties and servicing available. 10/10

Lee is my salesman and he has been gone above and beyond to help me.… Lee is an excellent salesman. I will recommend all my friends and family to Handy Toyota. Handy Toyota will make you feel like family. Thank you Lee for helping me to get my dream truck. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go to Handy Toyota. You will not be disappointed.After fifty years we're still coming back.

From our regular salesman Ali Kamal who knows his product extremely well to the Sales Manager Adam Luneau to the folks in finance and in the all important service… department - Always helpful, friendly and professional.Very good service.

by Gregory on 02/27/2024Despite numerous disappointments involving the service staff at Handy Toyota covering three vehicles, I rarely leave the service department with a sense of confidence. in addition, many many negative and sometimes positive reviews never,… ever are followed up by staff. My service appointment yesterday was unlike most others, definitely the best ever. William was my service advisor and provided me with excellence and professionalism William was thorough, attentive, extremely helpful and kind. I completely enjoyed my service appointment. Handy service writers have a reputation for selling products/service that is likely unnecessary as they are compensated for these sales. William did not try to upsell any unnecessary items and I was elated that he was truly respectful. I worked at Bonds/Oreillys for eight years and constantly heard from customers complaining about Service. My local mechanic refused to use Handy Service when Yipes Stripes fried my Computer with a improper starter installation. Thank you William for providing to me the service I desired. You are a true asset to Handy's and I truly hope others see the potential for healing the bad reputation Handy Service has in the local community. by Norm B on 02/03/2024Vehicle purchase was fine. Service not so much. Bought my Highlander, shortly after had a roof trim issue. Pointer out first service, did not have the part would have to order, pointer out second service never order the part next, third… service did not have the part, called me back when the part came in 3-4 days after third service, came in for 4th service-brake cleaning had the part, then was going to charge me $200 for a roof trim clip, out of 30k warrantee. Objected to the charge finally convince person pointed put long before and got paid under warrantee. Wow….Great place to buy a new car!
by Jay Strauss on 02/01/2024I called Ali To get a value of my car, 2018 Toyota Camry xle. Ali quoted a cash sales price $2,000 than a Burlington dealer and I was skeptical. When I drove to their dealership, Ali did in fact confirm the high cash or trade in value Ali… showed me a 2024 Rav4 hybrid xle, just the car I was looking to buy. The discount off the sales price was also greater than other dealerships. I purchased the RAV4 and Ali and Eric took car of all the sales paper work, reg and license plate transfer, etc. I drove away very satisfied with the new vehicle purchase.
