Despite numerous disappointments involving the service staff at Handy Toyota covering three vehicles, I rarely leave the service department with a sense of confidence. in addition, many many negative and sometimes positive reviews never, ever are followed up by staff. My service appointment yesterday was unlike most others, definitely the best ever. William was my service advisor and provided me with excellence and professionalism William was thorough, attentive, extremely helpful and kind. I completely enjoyed my service appointment. Handy service writers have a reputation for selling products/service that is likely unnecessary as they are compensated for these sales. William did not try to upsell any unnecessary items and I was elated that he was truly respectful. I worked at Bonds/Oreillys for eight years and constantly heard from customers complaining about Service. My local mechanic refused to use Handy Service when Yipes Stripes fried my Computer with a improper starter installation. Thank you William for providing to me the service I desired.
