Vehicle purchase was fine. Service not so much. Bought my Highlander, shortly after had a roof trim issue. Pointer out first service, did not have the part would have to order, pointer out second service never order the part next, third service did not have the part, called me back when the part came in 3-4 days after third service, came in for 4th service-brake cleaning had the part, then was going to charge me $200 for a roof trim clip, out of 30k warrantee. Objected to the charge finally convince person pointed put long before and got paid under warrantee. Wow….
