Karl Malone Toyota is an awesome dealership. I’ve never had an issue with them when buying my new Camry or when having my Camry serviced. They are very quick and reasonable priced. I’ll be purchasing another vehicle from them in the near future.

I’ve been taking my Toyotas to Karl Malone for years. They’ve always done a great job of maintaining my vehicles. I’ll continue taking them there. If you take your car there, ask for Carl Erikson, Service Manager. He’s treated us great!

I purchased my 2022 Camry from Karl Malone Toyota. The salesman was very upfront with everything. The service department is always quick with the oil changes and tire rotations. Plus the car is always vacuumed clean when they are finished. I have recommended friends and family to go see them.

I hesitate giving even one star. Worst Toyota Service I've ever had and I've had service at a number of places around the US. Didn't use the high-mileage oil I requested, didn't provide any documentation of what they actually did ie no evidence of a multipoint inspection, left oil splashed on the engine that I had to clean up, had nothing of comfort food while waiting (two vending machines only), and didn't even reset the "Service Needed" dashboard indicator. They do have some semi-interesting shrines to Karl Malone. They need to send someone to Madison Wisconsin to learn from Smart Toyota!
