    Had a scare with my vehicle and needed it checked pronto. I was able to get in contact with Blenda. She got me scheduled and into the dealership. She was very information and helped to bring down my worry. Got the issue fixed and informed me of other things we could take care of. Yet was not pushy or trying to convince me that they needed to be done. Very happy with Blenda and Karl Malone toyota. They've got my loyalty

    I had the 20,000 mile service and a recall performed for a software update on my 2023 Highlander. Everyone was very professional and got the services preformed in a timely manner.

    Went in for my first oil change and when I picked up my new Tundra it had 12 miles more on it than when I dropped it off. Also they hadn’t washed it or topped off the washer fluid. When I called back to inform them of the miles they told me they test drive every vehicle they have in for service. You test drive my truck for a simple oil change? That makes no sense. I have been in the car business for 23 years and my dealership doesn’t do that nor does anyone else. Someone took my truck to get lunch and/or run some errands. I gave you no permission to drive my truck off the lot. What if you had wrecked it? This is a lease and I am charged for every mile I go over. I have called several times with no response from the service manager. This is very disappointing and I do not recommend you go to this dealership. I will be calling Toyota and Chris the dealer rep next. Please get back to me.

    In an attempt to save money, I took a gamble and went to a local repair shop in Kearns that advertises they work on hybrids rather than take my Toyota Prius to the dealer. I didn't know anything about the shop besides some google reviews that seemed promising. I don't care about OEM parts, and I figured the cost of labor is probably more reasonable too. That shop diagnosed my vehicle and quoted me $3,700 for the repair. I was absolutely devastated. I called Toyota to check if their cost would be any better. I spoke with Brady, and I was told to come in and have them diagnose it because they see that a lot of times third party repair shops will misdiagnose a Prius, particularly for the problem I was told I had under my hood. He listened and he met my concerns with compassion. He was kind and understanding in his responses. He also said that if the diagnosis I was given was correct, they could do the job cheaper. That surprised me. I get my car over to Toyota thinking the diagnosis is still probably correct because even though I'm no expert by any means, I googled the symptoms and it fit. If they can do it cheaper though, I don't have anything to lose at this point. Brady from Toyota told me to ask for him when I came in and they would do their best to get me a diagnosis same day. Green flags all the way because this guy made my problem his mission, and I felt like I mattered walking in from the start. They checked my car and gave me a completely different diagnosis. Thankfully, it was a much simpler fix and so much less expensive than I could've even imagined. I walked outta there spending $300. Here's what I learned; it's not worth the risk taking my car to anyone besides the dealer in the future. I would rather be able to move forward with confidence that my vehicle is being cared for by the company that sells and repairs these cars every single day. Even IF the repair is going to be more complex or expensive, l would rather pay more to know I'm guaranteed the correct fix. Also, Brady was just really personable, understanding, and down to earth about the whole ordeal. Super fucking awesome customer service from beginning to end. He could give me bad news any day, and l'd thank him just because of the way he treated me. I wasn't a number, I wasn't a dollar sign. I was a person with a problem, and he was kind. That makes all the difference to me.

    I’ve actually have taken my car there since I bought it (2013). I’ve have never got the attention to details he helped me with. I know they say complementary vacuum but I’ve actually asked to have it done if they would and for years it’s been overlooked. Being a mom of kids that is just one special thing not to forget and left me smelling yummy in the car. That sounds dumb but it’s the thing like that means so much. Along with his attention to help me. A++++ his name is Richard.

    Karl Malone Toyota is an awesome dealership. I’ve never had an issue with them when buying my new Camry or when having my Camry serviced. They are very quick and reasonable priced. I’ll be purchasing another vehicle from them in the near future.
