  • Oil change - Service

    Was not happy with the service of our car. They spilled oil all over the engine which was smoking (burning) by the time I got home. I called the service manager and was told to bring my car back the dealership. He have the clean the engine, which they did but still was not completely clean. Manage credit me for the oil change and offered additional oil change for free. Not sure I will ever trust them to service this car again. As far as the customer service guy's and the manager they where every helpful. Next time you may want to make sure the people servicing the car are reliable employees.

  • Shuttering Shifting

    My 2019 Chevrolet Silverado High Country had a condition in which it shuttered whenever the 8 speed transmission searched for the appropriate gear to match the terrain. Very annoying as the shutter at times would rattle the windows. AutoNation technician, Jacob, took it for a short drive and diagnosed the problem and told me the fix. I left my truck for 4 days and when I retrieved it it drove like a new truck!

    so far, I have never had an issue with how they do their business, they have always met our expectations and their employees have always been kind to us.   • Frustrating experience

    I’ve always received great service at Autonation but this last visit was terrible. I dropped the truck at the time of my appointment but the service writer I’d been scheduled with was not in yet turning a quick drop off into an hour wait. When I returned for the vehicle after receiving a text stating it was ready, all service writers were too engaged in other activities to assist. I waited another hour for anyone to take my payment and provide a receipt. The employees were not working during this time. They were talking either in groups or standing outside smoking. The workers did not wish to assist and the environment felt like I was at the department of public safety waiting for a license without an appointment. Customers were not the priority.

  • The worst car buying experience

    I would highly recommend anyone stay away from this dealership. Overall had an extremely negative experience. Bought a used car, knowing it's older. That doesn't excuse that it should have never been on the lot without even having all the necessary passed components to pass an inspection. If this car had gone through a proper inspection it would not have passed without needing repairs. Non working lights and signals (left turning signal didn't work when ANY lights were on), fluids not checked since windshield wiper fluid was dry, no sound coming from the horn, dangerous brakes that needed to be bled, and a rattle from a motor mount that was never disclosed to us. Later the salesperson Sam mentioned that and accidentally let it slip and that they could fix the motor mount, after trying to say, "I must have been thinking of another car". Yet he mentioned it twice??? Sam told us that the used cars don't get to the same inspection that the higher-end cars get when they come in, which makes me wonder did this car even get a proper state inspection at all? During the contract process even mentioned that he's had multiple customers in the past swear at him and say that they've never work with him again.......hmmm. After realizing this car had some issues I originally called the dealership and tried to talk to Michael, who assured me he would have his manager call me, and never got a call back. We had to actually physically go to the dealership to get the issue resolved which actually was having them send the car to another Mazda dealership FOR A WEEK since they can't work on other makes of used cars since they're a Chevy dealership. They didn't tell us that they would need the car for a week until after we called that afternoon wanting to check on the status of it. So then we wasted our time, and had to go and get the car since I don't have numerous cars at my disposal and we then just wanted to resolve the issues ourselves. Please avoid this place. It truly felt like everything that you don't want when buying a car. I also thought as a prior sales manager, that it was an entirely inappropriate for Sam to ask me for my Facebook information. Just because I buy a car from someone doesn't mean I want you to take my photo and post it on your personal Facebook page; that I purchased a car so that you can post about it and attempt get more sales by encouraging people to come see him with a customer picture. Does the dealership know that the salesperson is doing this while he is on the clock as a representative of them and their company?

    Sales and finance worked very hard to ensure customer expectations were met. Excellent customer service. The salesman made sure I found a vehicle that fit my needs and did not try to upsale me. Very good about trade in and checking/applying rebates.
